Upon entering the caravan we were greeted with no electricity as the breaker switch had tripped. The freezer had completely defrosted including discarded ice cream. The fridge was warm, unclean and smelled badly. With the power restored and the fridge and freezer cleaned and disinfected we stocked up with our food.Later on Saturday the whole holiday park was in darkness for nearly a day. With very hot weather a substantial amount of fridge and freezer food was ruined. After the power was restored on Sunday afternoon just our caravan breaker switch tripped again in the early hours of Monday morning. Luckily, I was still awake otherwise we could have lost more food. The caravan furniture outside hadn’t been cleaned and looked shabby. Decking was unclean and there was no gate for the dog.The caravan itself didn’t look like it had been cleaned very well. The cutlery was stained and didn’t look washed. The tin opener was useless and there was no cupboard space available, due to owners goods.Health and safety note - if you have children and if the front doors are open there is a drop of about 4 feet (no balcony at front).Whilst nothing is guaranteed my wife and I expected better. No response from the owner.

The caravan was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and are sure to come back.

We were really happy with everything. We had a lot of fun. The only thing that was bothering was that the WiFi connection wasn’t working for the whole week. But all in all it was an amazing experience and I would come there again.

Very central for visiting parts of Kent. Caravan very nice, compact but everything you need. Had trouble with Wi-Fi which was sorted by getting a phone number from information office. Two things that would be nice. Gate across steps onto the veranda. Making it secure for children and dogs. Curtain or blind on door leading into the caravan. Plenty of equipment in cupboards. Although the owners of the caravan aren’t to blame for this but, there are very few pathways from where you park and as we visited in the bad weather getting from caravan to where the car had to be parked was extremely boggy and water logged. I would stay again.
