Stayed Oct 9, 2024Perfect location and easy to walk to the beach. It’s a basic one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Best part was the easy parking right in front. Would stay again. Property manager was quick to respond.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024A great little place in the heart of Malibu. Only 3 blocks to beach access. Great for walking but I don’t think swimming is advised due to rip tide, but not positive. Easy access up or down the coast. Bungalow is very nice and relaxing.

Stayed Apr 25, 2024Great little GEM. Kyle was a Super Host. Took only minutes to respond to any questions. This little Gem of a place was perfect for Visiting my Daughter who attends Pepperdine. Would like to keep it all to myself due to the location, high end everything, clean as I keep my own house, the Amazing King Mattress is 5 Stars & having a washer & dryer easily accessible. From the bathroom products to the fully stocked kitchen everything was new and of high quality. To have your own parking spot on the Busy PCH was a huge Plus. I will be booking again before my review gets out.

Stayed Apr 2, 2024Overall we had a pleasant stay. Location is great, near grocery stores and many restaurants. Place was clean and very functional. Kyle our host was very kind and available (the place is easy I doubt you will need anything from the host). The wifi works well. I will stay here again and highly recommend to others.
