Luxury 1 Bedroom Downtown Traverse City

Amazing location downtown and close to so many restaurants and shops! The host took several days to respond to messages and didn’t respond to my messages day of check-in and was given the incorrect door code initially which made the check- in process challenging. Definitely enough space for 2 people!

Quiet, clean, good central location.

Pros: Good unit, great hosts. Cons: There is no free parking at the building. I stay a month at a time so that made a big difference to me. Also another building went up directly across since the picture was taken, and there is no view and just a little chunk of sky between the buildings. Great kitchen everything you need to cook, which is important to me access to all cleaning products and supplies.

Apartment was clean and in a convenient location. Parking was not included, but that was not a problem. I would stay again because of the cleanliness and location.

Great place

Unit very clean, nice location if you want to be downtown. Parking was a nightmare and according to parking lot attendant, this unit had an assigned parking spot, but the manager(s) failed to leave the necessary parking permit. Also at 3 am on last night there, smoke alarm low battery beeper was going off every 30 seconds, and was too high up on ceiling for us to reach and remove old battery. So of course we couldn't sleep after that, and no response from property manager on this issue.

Great, walkable location, clean house, well equipped. While the listing originally stated there was a parking permit, one was not available in the end, and we had to pay for nearby garage parking. It looks like the listing has since been updated to reflect that, though.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, and the place was well stocked. It is a great location. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking was the only tricky part, but once we figured that out (we just parked in the garage down the street), we were good to go. ?

Everything went as expected. Unit was very clean with a clean smell. When we come back we will definitely stay here again.
