Luxurious WaterColor Estate! Private Pool, Carriage House, Near Beach! Ideal For Large Groups!

Wonderful location, very nice accommodations and the Carriage House was perfect for us ( who paid for everyone as grandparents). Plenty of plates and glasses and the small heated pool with a light feature was a big hit for both children and adults. Camp Watercolor and the tennis courts are wonderful. We would use the front porch rocking chairs to watch people go by and just have relaxing conversations with a nice cocktail. Our 15 people never felt crowded at there was plenty of areas to go to. Shopping is right there and in Seaside. We go every Thanksgiving week and this is our favorite spot now.

We loved our stay. The house was clean, large, very functional for a large family. The only complaint we had was that there were long cords on window coverings that could be a safety issue for small children. The host was very responsive to everything we needed during our stay!!

209! Western Lake was the perfect house for us! It accommodated 6 mom and our six sons so well. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Thank you for such a wonderful watercolor experience. We will be booking again in two years for our younger boys and would love to stay here

The house was just as listed --- incredible location to the Watercolor Pool & Beach club...our group of 16 had a wonderful stay

This property was close to the beach, close to the boathouse, close to the food trucks and shops, close to the swim club. It was central to everything. We walked and biked everywhere, even though we did have cars. Each room was so nicely appointed and there was plenty of space for our large family party. The small pool at the property was perfect for evenings when everyone was gathered together. When a question arose regarding the pool, the management company was so quick to respond. I think we have found our yearly spring vacation location! (I hate to give it such a great review because that may make it more popular and harder to book next time! But they definitely deserve a 5 star review.)

The best location as far as proximity to all the hot spots in Watercolor. Perfect for 3 families to share. Beautiful home. Huge Jacuzzi is more like a “spool”. Perfect if it’s cold out to heat up. We will be back!!!

This home is stunning and was perfect for our annual family girls trip! It had plenty of space for all of us (14), and we really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was incredible and allowed us all to spend time with each other around the island. It was very close to everything, we had a great day on the beach as well. I would highly recommend this home. It really is beautiful!

This property does not disappoint! The layout of the house allows for great gathering spots but also private time when needed. The location of the home is SO close to everything you would want to enjoy in Watercolor and the surrounding towns! Our family personally enjoyed riding bikes around the area as well as the pool and beach club access that was easy to access! The house is also well-equipped with great cookware, utensils, towels, pillows, etc. The property management company was extremely responsive when we have questions or needs and the team there was extremely friendly and helpful! Overall, I would recommend not only this home but Watercolor in general for a vacation!

Terrific location, 1 block from the clubhouse and beach. Place was spotless when we checked in. Communication w agent on a couple of issues was quick and responsive. 12 of us in the group.

Our Thanksgiving family vacation could not have been much better! Beautiful house, fabulous location with all of the amenities kids and adults love, outstanding weather and the perfect house for our family of 13 (6 adults 7 children under 13). House pool and bikes were huge hits!!
