Luxurious & Spacious Townhome

A great house in an amazing location!We spent a week exploring Boston and were able to walk to so many different sites and neighborhoods from here. Its central location makes getting everywhere easy, whether it's by foot, public transit, or getting picked up by car (we never waited more than 5 minutes for any ride-share service). The neighborhood was quiet and always felt safe.The house was clean and well-outfitted. The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals, the bathrooms and showers were modern (and even with 6 adults we never ran out of hot water), and the living/dining room is spacious. The terrace off the kitchen was a nice spot to have a morning coffee in peace and quiet.All the appliances as well as the TVs were in great shape and easy to use. The AC was especially welcome on the hot days we had during our stay - even the third floor stayed cool. The wifi also worked well.The bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs bedroom and living room is a great option to have some extra privacy in you're in a larger group.Communication with the host was easy and they were attentive and accommodating.Guests with mobility issues should be aware that entering the house requires climbing a few stairs, and getting to any bedrooms within the house also requires navigating a flight of stairs. There is also no car parking right in the neighborhood, but you may not even need to rent a car staying here given its location.

Excellent property in excellent location. Host was extremely communicative especially with the 4th bedroom and bed size. She made sure we understood before we even booked.Stayed here with 4 couples.There were a few minor issues that weren't perfect and the host offered to come fix them immediately. They were so minor we decided to wait until we left to have them address them. When we are back in Boston I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much :)

This gorgeous home could not have been a better place to stay with my family for my daughter’s graduation. Beautifully decorated , centrally located, cozy, perfect, Enjoyed every minute!

Beautiful home. Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops and stores. We had several meals at the VRBO and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy communication with host. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your property. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with so many attractions within walking distance.We especially appreciated the water and food provided upon our arrival. Since we arrived late at night, it was very helpful not to have to go to the store immediately. Additionally, your communication was excellent, and we appreciate you answering all of our questions so promptly. The house and the stay were perfect for our large family.

Monica was wonderful to deal with and her place was perfect for us! The neighborhood is amazing and so close to everything - 15 min walk everywhere. I would definitely stay again. One note is that there are 3.5 bathrooms, not 6 as indicated.

Stunning renovation with a home that's as comfortable as any over been to. The layout was perfect for my group of 5 friends in town for a NFL game. We found ourselves spending countless hours reconnecting in the main living room adjacent to the kitchen. The layout was perfect. Location could not be beat as it was walkable everywhere including the freedom trail. There's the most amazing take-out breakfast sandwich shop 200 feet from the door, making this the perfect start to each day before heading out. This home was worth every penny and I wouldn't think twice about the cost. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay! The location was the best — in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the T, restaurants, and everywhere we wanted to go. We greatly appreciated the extremely comfortable beds, heated tile floors, fireplaces, TVs and nice kitchenwares. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our girls weekend! Monica was a friendly and helpful host who made us feel so welcome that we hope to return in the future.

Beautiful townhome in an ideal location. You can walk or take the T pretty much anywhere from here. Stayed here with 5 total friends. Plenty of room for everyone. Communication was great and the space is well maintained and decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic home in such a special little neighborhood. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and anything else we needed. Monica was a great communicator and we will be booking with her again!

Location, Location, Location. We had such a memorable family trip. Monica was an amazing host and very responsive. Highly recommend seeing The Blue Man Group as they were amazing and less than a 10 minute walk. From ages 6-67, we all loved our time together in this beautiful townhome.

This is a great home in a super convenient and quiet, side street location. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. The host is fantastic and made sure we had a great stay. We’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in Boston.

This luxury town home was the perfect home base for my daughter's college graduation weekend w/family. The house is well appointed, very spacious and very clean. The Thermador stove was awesome for making morning breakfast and the open first floor was perfect for hanging out and making memories. The location can't be beat; super easy to walk to the Public Gardens, Back Bay and Newbury St. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay, the townhouse is beautifully appointed, beds were comfortable and our party of 7 had plenty of space to relax and be together. Monica was a lovely host and checked in with us regularly and made the check in and check out process a breeze! Highly recommend.

Pristine property in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. We walked just about everywhere on a three day stay, relying on ride share apps just a couple of times. This townhouse accommodated 7 women very comfortable ly.comfortable
