Luxurious + Spacious 3 BR In Midtown, LARGE backyard, Near food+Bar

The host was very welcoming, helpful, and commutative.House is beautiful. I found it to he very clean, beds comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Neighborhood was very quiet. Even the neighbors welcomed us home. Quick access to downtown area. I would stay again. Hope you will enjoy your stay as well.

The neighborhood was quiet and off street parking was a plus. We loved the big front porch and bench swing. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Beds are reasonably comfortable with lots of pillows, but no extra blankets or towels. Overall our stay was great.

Nice neighborhood, convenient location. Close to many dining options. Cute and clean. Had a little issue with lock access but host was on it very quickly. Would stay here again.

I would say the property was probably the nicest on the street. There were a few things that could’ve been updated, but it was very clean. Communication was really good with the owner. Parking was good in the driveway.

House is roomy and easily accommodated our family of 6 adults. Beds were comfortable but could use some new pillows. Parking was easy and plentiful and it was a great location in midtown Memphis. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was super cute and super clean. It also felt super safe for a group of friends on a girls weekend. The host was very quick to reply to messages. We planned on cooking and the kitchen was a little short on being fully stocked - really just some rusted frying pans we didn’t want to use so made due with some other sauce pans!

Quiet location,

Fantastic home in Cooper Young that's close to everything. Lots of space to spread out and relax after a hard day of work, and a large back yard. Good off-street parking as well.

House had all of the amenities and supplies in kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and we were very happy that there was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in both bathrooms. Our previous VRBO didn't have any of those. Very comfortable and cozy place. We would highley recommend it, and we would stay there again.

We stayed here as it was ideal for visiting Graceland, Sun studios, Beale street, Mississippi boat ride and going into Arkansas to see Johnny Cash's boyhood home.

House was infested with roaches, had to check out earlier and spend additional money on a hotel. Host was rude and didn’t want to give a refund. I do not recommend staying here!!!

Great property we were very comfortable and only a quick drive to downtown Memphis.

My family and I used this stay for our home base while in town exploring the area. The listing was perfectly described and the house exceeded our expectations. The property was gorgeous and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

House was Spotless and well appointed. Host was friendly and helpful, they made sure to let us know they were available if needed, but did not bother us every 5 minutes like we have experienced with other svc's. We would Definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home! Had a great stay, quiet street and the big yard for the dog was a great plus. The host was very nice and responsive, will stay again.

House was pretty clean except for garbage from previous guests left on the back deck, dishes left in the dishwasher, and dirty freezer drawers. After starting stove, gas smell lingered for a couple days even though burners were all off.

Beautiful property & great location. Would have been even better if the house wasn’t infested with roaches!!
