Luxurious Single Family Pet Friendly Oceanfront Home with Two Spas P825-X

Host was very responsive and house was in perfect order. We would definitely rent from Beachfront rentals again.

We had a great vacation. The home has multiple floors, which provided plenty of room for our group of 26, but the elevator was not available for us to use. We would have loved being able to use it. There is a sea wall which made it hard to get to the sand and beach, which was only available during low tide. Even though it’s beach front, it’s not convenient or easily accessible.

The property has a super layout, location and views - but general maintenance of the property was disappointing. We had issues with the cleanliness of fabric covered seating areas, a broken dishwasher, several burned-out fan lights, jacuzzi's that were not in total working order, a broken ping pong table net and a room with bedbugs that we are sure traveled home with us. The property managers were fairly responsive to our needs but at the end of our stay,- we asked management to call us about the bedbugs - but we never got a response back from them. I think for all the money spent on this property - everything should have been checked, cleaned and in good working order before we arrived. It still is a nice property overall.

Can’t beat the location—went to sleep to the sound of the ocean! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our large family. Kitchen and gathering areas accommodated our group comfortably. Maintenance on the house was not stellar, particularly the main level kitchen appliances. No outdoor trash cans when we arrived. Overall great stay in spite of the small inconveniences.

The main dining room/ kitchen had 3 lights out and by sunset the room was very dark. Even with 3 new bulbs it needs more lighting. This is a gathering room and needs a tv and music! Beds are OLD and you feel the springs in some beds. It has an elevator that doesn’t work and with sooo many levels it was difficult for elderly. 2 extra blankets for our family of 21. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs.

The space allowed for both intermate gatherings of smaller groups as well as getting everyone togther in the same space to play games and hang out. Realyl beautiful home though please be aware that there is no central AC (some up the 4th floor bedrooms get pretty warm and you can hear street noise if you leave the windows open), and also the windows have no screens, so it may not be a great choice with small kids. Other than that, it was a ovely home!

The only down-side was that you advertise there are more beds than there are. We had all the beds sorted according to your on-line view. When we got there, some of the beds were gone. Could you update the website when you remove a bed? It would be easier to plan ahead. The location was wonderful, you were easy to work with, and we loved our time with you.
