The space:
This charming beach house features aspacious open floor plan and is beautifully decorated in coastal hues, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The living area offers comfortable furnishings, ideal for lounging or gathering with friends and family. The cozy, well-appointed bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, with a king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 twin trundle beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and every amenity you could need, including complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and a cookie jar.

Outside, three decks and a patio provide plenty of space for sunbathing, dining, BBQing, or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. This beach house is the perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and coastal charm.

Each guest is provided with freshly cleaned linens, bath towels, 5 seasonal beach badges ($275 value), beach chairs, a beach umbrella, as well as essential supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board. High-speed Wi-Fi is also available, making it ideal for remote work.

Conveniently located near local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities, our beach house offers easy access to dining, shopping, and exploring the area.

Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled beach vacation, our beach house is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories by the sea. We can’t wait to welcome you to your home away from home!

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, the garage, balconies, backyard, and a driveway with space to park 1 car. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the driveway, as well as free street parking throughout the block.

Other things to note:
-We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else.

-To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

-By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
