I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was perfect for our family. The home is spacious and we found it to be clean and comfortable. The pool was the perfect size for us. We only wished there was more sun exposure. Due to the tree growth and overhang the pool got no sunshine. The house is located within a few minutes of everything, but in a quiet location.

The pool is nice to dip in after a day at the beach. 3 blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the boardwalk. Nice location!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024We had originally been booked for another house, but the owner canceled on us last minute for personal use. We panicked that we wouldn’t be able to find a good replacement at a reasonable price with such short notice. This house was better than original one we had booked. It was absolutely stunning. There was plenty of space for the adults and children. Everyone loved the pool! Everything was easily walkable however we did also take advantage of the parking permits that were provided to shorten our walks at times. The property management company was very responsive. Our only issue was that we paid for linens but ended up with pillows that didn’t have cases. There were extra pillows in one of the other rooms though so we were able to make it work. Overall we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again.

Kitchen had everything needed. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage and comfy beds. Having the pool and screened in porch was perfect for everyone in the family. Location was outstanding and having the driveway spaces as well as the two parking passes made it easy to navigate the days activities.
