Stayed Jun 9, 2023The house is a new listing. It is big with 5 bedrooms, an open format kitchen/den, with separate dining and living rooms. We loved the layout with one bedroom downstairs for our guest who is recovering from knee surgery. The location was perfect; near our daughter's wedding at Lela's Place. Our grandsons loved the theater room and the Snickers bars on the beds. Being a new listing, there are several things that can be improved on. I am messaging the property manager with our suggestions. Once those improvements are made, this will be a very desirable rental house.

Stayed May 11, 2023Grass was extremely overgrown. AC did not work and seller expected us to troubleshoot during our stay. Refused to reimburse us even though we had to stay in a hotel 2 out of the 3 nights due to extremely uncomfortable temperatures. No window coverings in the whole home so opening windows was not an option. Do not recommend

Stayed May 24, 2023This house was amazing. CLEAN, had everything we needed for a longer week stay. There is plenty of space. Beds were comfy, everything was great. Location is great. The lot is great for the kiddos to play.
