Luxurious, Quiet, Family, Perfect Location

Everything was perfect. Location is quiet and family friendly. Close to everything. Clean, well appointed, had lots of spices, coffee, teas and sugar. Comfortable beds. Hot tub, outside fire feature was nice, lots of games available, quality lotion in each bathroom, arcade game in lower level. Perfect for 3 generations to enjoy the holiday!

Close to a lot of things to do and the house was nice.

Fun family times in Colorado!

House was in a convenient location with great amenities. It could have been cleaner. There was pancake batter and syrup all over the counters and handles of the refrigerator. If that was missed, was the kitchen cleaned at all? Air vents need to be vacuumed. The one in the main bedroom was black with dust. Rug in living room and carpets in bedrooms were a bit worn. Mattresses were very comfortable. Could have used an alternate pillow that wasn't so thick and heavy. Bathrooms were nice.

Great Stay. Exactly as described

We stayed here on a family vacation. We loved the theater room and arcade game. The house is really well stocked and had everything we needed. The outside area eas really cool and the hot tub was huge. We had a couple questions during our stay and the bosts were very quick to respond.

Felt like home! Very spacious and clean. The hot tub and the theater room were a huge bonus for our family.

Great place to stay, very clean nice hot tub, theater room and outside space. This place was easy to get to garden of the gods and the zoo the kids and guests loved it.

Our stay was brief, so unable to fully enjoy the area as we may have wished; the home was very nice, nicely appointed.

We enjoyed our stay! There was always something to do when we were at the property such as the movie room, hot tub, or yard games. We enjoyed having the grill to utilize for dinner most night, as the evenings were our relaxation time.

Updated house close to downtown park and shops, and a great theatre room. Also convenient to area attractions.

This house was the perfect size for our group with a wedding at the Pinery. Great amenities and location we would recommend this house to anyone getting together with a group in the springs area.

Comfortable and lots of entertainment in the house

The property was perfect for myself and my 3 kiddos, and was located within close proximity to manitou springs and garden of the gods. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with our kids and grandkids for a wedding at the Pinery, which was just minutes away. The house is also conveniently located to downtown and attractions such as Garden of the Gods. So many amenities which unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy - home theater, hot tub, bikes, basketball, awesome yard. The video game console was a big hit!

Great place to stay. The hit of our stay was the theater and game room. Central location for our site seeing activities. Only regret was we did not have enough time to use all the extra features the house offered. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

House was a great layout for our 2 families of various ages with a perfect area for the kids in the basement. They enjoyed the theatre room and hot tub. Kitchen had all we needed for our small meals.

We were really happy with our stay here. Location wise it seems it was 15 min from everything! which made getting around to all the activites we wanted to do and pop back to the house for lunch or clothing changes for our mixed group pretty nice. Amenites wise the house was a great place to relax at the end of the day, the outdoor spaces were fantastic both covered tables and uncovered seating we enjoyed gathering as a family to rest after a day of playing tourist. The house was clean and everything worked as expected. Emele was easy to contact and work with. When we come back in a year or so we will look to see if this property is available again.

We are two families with kids (6,13,15,& 16). The outdoor area was a hit with the adults & the kids loved the theater & arcade games. The home was very clean & had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Location is great-close to all attractions.

The accommodations were perfect for our girls weekend! We didn’t even have enough time to take advantage of all the amenities but the space was perfect for enjoying time together. We only had trouble with regulating the temperature with the thermostat - seemed drastically different between upstairs and downstairs.

We enjoyed our weekend stay, the backyard area was amazing. The hosts were very reaponsive to messages.
