Luxurious, Quiet, Family, Perfect Location

The place was perfect for us. Hot tub was a real treat and the place served as the HQ for freinds and family that had come to celebrate our sons gradution from the Air Force Academy. Perfect place to host a couple of dinners for famiy and friends that joined us We enjoyed the back yard, games and firepit . Note- you guys need to replace missing and worn out corn hole bags. Not a complaint just a heads up. Kitchen was great enjoyed all the spices and what not. We would suggest replacing the non stick pans as they have become stick pans. Again it wasnt anything to change our 5 star review just a suggestion. We enjoyed it so much that we went above and beyond i8uth cleaning did 5 loads of laundry as well.

We loved this home (especially the theater room and hot tub)! The kiddos also loved playing basketball and cornhole in the back yard! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Had a great stay! Went for a graduation and the house was perfect and the kids enjoyed the movie theater and basketball hoop. We enjoyed the hot tub and neighborhood was peaceful. Hosts were amazing and check in was easy. We will be back to visit again! Also, house had everything we needed to cook. Highly recommend this home!

Hot tub felt amazing. Grandkids loved playing and the games. Adults enjoyed the theater room, BBQ grill and kitchen. Bathrooms and linens very cozy/comfy. Very relaxing trip!

Everything was perfect. Location is quiet and family friendly. Close to everything. Clean, well appointed, had lots of spices, coffee, teas and sugar. Comfortable beds. Hot tub, outside fire feature was nice, lots of games available, quality lotion in each bathroom, arcade game in lower level. Perfect for 3 generations to enjoy the holiday!

Fun family times in Colorado!

House was in a convenient location with great amenities. It could have been cleaner. There was pancake batter and syrup all over the counters and handles of the refrigerator. If that was missed, was the kitchen cleaned at all? Air vents need to be vacuumed. The one in the main bedroom was black with dust. Rug in living room and carpets in bedrooms were a bit worn. Mattresses were very comfortable. Could have used an alternate pillow that wasn't so thick and heavy. Bathrooms were nice.

Great Stay. Exactly as described

We stayed here on a family vacation. We loved the theater room and arcade game. The house is really well stocked and had everything we needed. The outside area eas really cool and the hot tub was huge. We had a couple questions during our stay and the bosts were very quick to respond.

Great place to stay, very clean nice hot tub, theater room and outside space. This place was easy to get to garden of the gods and the zoo the kids and guests loved it.

Our stay was brief, so unable to fully enjoy the area as we may have wished; the home was very nice, nicely appointed.

We enjoyed our stay! There was always something to do when we were at the property such as the movie room, hot tub, or yard games. We enjoyed having the grill to utilize for dinner most night, as the evenings were our relaxation time.

Updated house close to downtown park and shops, and a great theatre room. Also convenient to area attractions.

This house was the perfect size for our group with a wedding at the Pinery. Great amenities and location we would recommend this house to anyone getting together with a group in the springs area.
