Great house and location. The cove is very quiet but just a short boat ride to a low traffic area perfect for boating with kids. The house was clean, well stocked and the perfect layout for our group. We really enjoyed the seating area by the dock, the paddle boards and kayaks provided and the proximity to the marina and lakeside restaurants.

Beautiful and well maintined property. Great, quiet location. Host was responsive. Only note is there is one full bathroom on each floor, so if you're using multiple bedrooms, you will need to share with other guests.

We had an extended stay here on the lake while our home was remodeled. Wonderful house, great views, peaceful, pretty at night with the lights bouncing off the lake. The owners are quick to respond, just a great experience.

We had an awesome week at this beautiful lake house. Clean and comfortable throughout. Communication with the host was excellent, though we had no problems at all. Our only regret was that it was too cold to enjoy the water. Next time!

The house is great so is the location. Our Family stayed there for Thanksgiving and if you have a group who likes their space this house is perfect. It really gives you great living spaces and large space to be all together.

Wonderful family vacation, house is beautiful and immaculate, lots of space, on the lake with a dock. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and highly recommend the entire experience.

We had a wonderful two week stay. The house was perfect for us grandparents with our two kids’ families. The house and rooms are spacious, and we each had a floor which kept the peace. The kids had so much fun in the lake. The cove is very calm and the dock is wonderful for lounging - especially in the afternoon shade. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and SUPs. The water was warm but refreshing. Not too deep. We had a boat too which made for more fun. The kitchen is VERY well equipped. Loved that there were plentiful dishes/glasses/utensils. I’ve never seen so many in a rental. Having two refrigerators made shopping much more convenient. The street is a dead end and there isn’t a lot of traffic, but there is some. We walked or ran it everyday and felt safe. Drivers were polite. There are some homes being built in the neighborhood, so occasionally heard construction noise, but also really enjoyed hearing the birds and the quiet. The deck is very private and a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee and reading. The fenced yard wasn’t secure enough for our dog because of the deck, but we were able to rectify. The host was a great communicator. The location was very convenient to shopping, and Costco is only 15 minutes away! On our only rainy day (partial) we went to the Children’s Discovery Museum in Huntersville and it was a hit with the grandkids, ages 1-9. We had identified more things to do with them in the area, but they had so much fun at the rental, we just stayed “home”.

My family and I had great time at this house. Will definitely rent again whenever back in that area.
