Luxurious Oceanfront House with Ocean Views and Beach Access Dogs OK

This property was perfect 6 people and a baby. It was very conveniently located for surrounding towns as well as rockaway beach businesses. It was a short walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the neighbors flood light being on all night making it seem like daylight inside, but none was staying there, so there was nothing a could do. Bedding and pillows could have been better quality, but not terrible. Vacasa was extremely responsive tho. I'd stay again.

Rockaway did not disappoint - especially with the beautiful frosty mornings. Our family celebrated together for a beautiful sunny winter beach week. We walked to the jetty, found full sand dollars, had a beach fire and enjoyed the sunny days overlooking the waves with our coffee for breakfast. The hosts were detailed and so friendly and the house was well appointed for our special meal. Love it! We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay, the layout of the home highlights the ocean views. The house is spacious and each bedroom is private and comfortable. We will definitely be booking this house again!

We had a great time at this comfortable townhome:) the bedrooms all had comfy beds. The master bedroom was very roomy, perfect for extra room for dogs. The home was clean and well laid out. The townhome was near the train station - awesome activity for dogs and families. Hot and cold water after the beach was a huge bonus and helped keep the sand out of the house. There were not beach chairs or beach towels onsite, which we will bring next time. There is not AC and opening doors and windows quickly cooled house from 78 to 71F ( we stayed 2 nd week if Aug). Bring your own cooking spices and if BBQing, plan to buy refill propane. There were not dishwasher pods, clothes detergent or shampoo onsite so we will bring that next time. Great beach house away from crowds of Cannon Beach and Seaview. Perfect view to the ocean and twin arches. Checkin was easy, house was clean. Everything was great

Loved the view and proximity to downtown. The towels smelled and felt like they hadn't been washed and the BBQ had no propane (very disappointing as we realized this five minutes into grilling and the BBQ quit). We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. Overall we would give it 3 and a half out of five stars.

Great view, very comfortable, nice kitchen, good beds. Great beach access. Perfect for our family gathering. Only downside was 10 am check out. Way too early.

This is our second visit to the property which is perfect for our extended family. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has what you need and we like the location. Beach is close (but you do have to walk among vegetation so bring sandals). Food and coffee are nearby, as well as a few shops. Nice place for a peaceful getaway.

great property but the furnace fan ran the whole time. The filters may need checking. Also more dishwasher soap and garbage bags for a week stay. other then that our stay was very nice.

Really relaxing few days here. Loved being just a few steps from the ocean. Perfect!
