Luxurious Oceanfront Home w/ Private Beach Access, Hot Tub, Sauna and MORE!

We rented this beautiful three-story beachfront home to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and the location made it truly special. It’s right on the beach with a short, easy staircase leading straight down to the sand—waking up to ocean views and stepping onto the beach in seconds was magical and exactly what we wanted. The house itself is spacious, stunning, and well-laid-out with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views.That said, for the high nightly rate, a few things fell short of expectations and the listing description. The listing highlights three fireplaces (one per floor), but only the bottom-floor one worked the entire stay—the other two were non-functional from the moment we arrived. We were really looking forward to cozy evenings upstairs, so this was a big disappointment. There was no outdoor furniture at all. We also dealt with a roughly three-hour internet outage, which interrupted our plans on our last day. The pool table was decent but the pockets are worn out (balls fell through onto the floor a few times, which was startling at night). The ping-pong table is listed, but it’s far too heavy to lift onto the pool table to use, and there were no darts available. Despite these issues, the unbeatable beach access and overall beauty of the property created wonderful memories for our anniversary. If beach proximity is your priority and you’re okay with some maintenance quirks, this could be a great choice—just go in with eyes open on the amenities.

Perfect house right on the ocean in a very beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This gorgeous house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, lots of room for 10 adults, and amazing views of the ocean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, along with the sound of the ocean, we had the best sleep while staying here. The hot tub and sauna were fabulous too and enjoyed many times during our stay.

This property was the perfect spot for three adult couples, siblings and spouses! All of us had our privacy for sleeping and gathered together to make meals and enjoy the gorgeous view while dining! A suggestion for owner would be to have chairs at least on the upper balcony to enjoy the fresh air, view, and people watch! And the second master really needs a dresser; it has a smaller closet without cubbies and my sister was unable to unpack any smaller things.We used the hot tub and pool table very little, but it was nice to have and clean. We did not use the fire pit as again, there was no where to sit. Although there were some beach chairs in garage (many broken) they were not appropriate for adults and the guys could not use.We had to reach out to the property management on some remote issues with tv's and fireplaces, but issues were resolved in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again. Such a beautiful area on the Coast.

Place was big and clean, no bad smells. But everything is old, oven made a loud noise, did not use, some light were out. No dart board as advertised. And the master bed was garbage, lumpy, old. Back was sore all weekend from the bed. Paid good money. At least should have a bed you could sleep in.

Great location

This home is perfect for those wanting to relax and spend good quality time with loved ones, it had something for everyone!! The views were incredible and with private beach access at your fingertips, this was a perfect getaway. If I had to critique anything, I would ask that the felt be replaced on the portable and replace ball #7 as it was missing, so we were not able to use the pool table. Meredith Lodging was incredible to work with and made check in/out a breeze.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely at this property, used most of the amenities. Except for the billiard table, it was missing a ball. The ocean walks and the great equipped kitchen made it such a wonderful place to stay.

Towels were left in dryer by cleaning crew. Didn’t find them until second day.Two of fire places did not work.This is one of those places where they like to put signs even over the toilet it gets a bit much and it takes away from any homie vibe

Six of us, wife and 5 young adult children, stayed in this perfect home for Christmas week 2024. Plenty of space, rooms, beds and bathrooms, right on the ocean/beach! Listening to the waves at night and in the morning made for a peaceful setting. The grocery store is about 2 min away if that much. We did activities in Lincoln City, Depoe Bay and Newport, all convenient drives. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the house & the beach. Very roomy & the windows on every floor gave us excellent views! Great choice for a group of 12. The hot tub a welcome amenity, but a bit small for our large group. Hooks for towels out by the hot tub would be appreciated & more towels overall. Loved the ping pong/pool table!
