Luxurious Oceanfront Home on Beach, Pool, Dock, Kayaks, Bikes, Amazing Views!

Beautiful property in an ideal location! Anything we could have needed was provided— from kitchen tools, to beach towels and chairs, to multiple kayaks and paddle boards. I liked that it was gated and the docks/mini beach were perfect for relaxation. The house is in great condition and beautifully decorated. We’ll not hesitate to stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in early March and would return in a heartbeat. The location is ideal—about 30ish minutes from Key West and 45 minutes from Marathon—so it’s easy to drive to restaurants, excursions, and all the action, but you still get the peace and quiet of the Lower Keys. It felt like the best of both worlds.The house itself is beautiful and the oceanfront views are incredible. Waking up to the water every morning and watching the light change throughout the day was such a treat. The outdoor spaces are fantastic too—the pool was great, and we loved relaxing by the water.One thing that really stood out was how well stocked the home was. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was so convenient that basics like towels, laundry detergent, soap, and shampoo were already provided. It made settling in effortless.The kayaks were an awesome perk and we really enjoyed getting out on the water right from the property. Everything about the home felt comfortable, easy, and thoughtfully set up for guests.Overall, this was a fantastic stay—beautiful location, well-appointed home, and a perfect base for exploring the Keys while still enjoying a quiet escape. No complaints at all. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time there. Great location, close to Key West, but much not as crowded. Loved our house being the front unit. Fantastic views.

Wonderful place that exceeded our expectations. Host provided so many things to entertain us-kayaks, bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs and umbrella, games, puzzles, books and the list goes on. The place was super nice and clean with an outstanding view.

We had an excellent time in this place- we had the best place on the property, sunsets and sunrises were fantastic. This unit had everything we needed, and much more we didn't have time to use such as the firepit, hammock and paddle boards. We cooked breakfast every morning- and went out to eat every night. Kiki's, Bent Prop and the Square Grouper were all excellent. We had Kristen charter us out of Cudjoe Garden Marina to take us out to Looe Key Reef to snorkel. We traveled down to the Keys a couple of days and nights. This is a perfect location- 30 minutes from the Keys but if you want to just hang around the place, read a book, kayak and can get sun all day long you can do that as well.

Amazing views great host

Our stay was another fabulous vacation. We love the location and the amenities. Beautiful sunrises and fantastic sunsets. We highly recommend this rental.

Loved the place, they have thought of everything!!!! Really loved the space under the house, majority of our times was spent there. We will be back!!! The host was very accessible and friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice property and has great view. It’s clean has extra items you can use. My only issues is a personal one and that’s when there is 3-5 other families staying you have zero privacy when using the down stairs area.

The property is well taken care of and is sufficiently stocked with more than you could want. We stayed for seven nights and I think I slept all seven nights which hasn’t happened in a while. The location is great. The boat dock is perfect for your boat, although it needs to be shallow draft. We will absolutely come back again next year.

4 of us enjoyed our stay while visiting the keys .The property was clean and had everything you would need or want from outdoor essentials to all your toiletries The view was amazing from any toom !

Pulled a trailer with 4 kayaks from Tennessee to the keys for fishing. The wind was a little rough for kayaking the first few days, but managed to go out at least once. Went on a charter boat and caught 30 Mahi Mahi. House was right on the water with beautiful views. Plenty of outdoor sitting to enjoy. Fished from the dock and caught several Barracuda. Rental was stocked with everything you need to have a great time. Greatly enjoyed our trip.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It wasn’t just a rental but a home. It comes with everything you could think you would need while staying there. We enjoyed using the kayaks, bikes, pool and beach gear. There are games for rainy days too. The home had many personal touches and was well equipped. The views from the house are spectacular day and night. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back if I ever visit the keys again.

This was my wife and I's first trip to the Key's and this place made it a perfect trip! The photos don't do it justice, it's much better, 30' from the ocean, amazing views from the ground level/ pool, 1st floor deck and even better from the 3rd floor bedroom deck!Very clean, and quiet, amenities are new and well maintained. The pool is the perfect temp, and the bikes and kayaks are nice too. The AC worked well, and for us was needed (we're from Alaska and it was hot outside, day and night). Close to Cudjoe stores and restaurants, and a quick 15-minute trip into Key West and you're in the fun zone. We would absolutely stay in this house again, 11 out of 10!

The house and views were amazing! Very clean and it had everything we needed! We especially enjoyed the kayaks and the bikes. The little beach was nice too! Great location to Key West! Will definitely return and recommend!

Property was top notch!! Had every amenity you could think of and then some! Hosts thought of everything, property was extremely clean and well equipped. Everything was clearly labeled and organized. Hosts provided a binder with everything you needed to know, great recommendations and even pictures/details of the property condition/progress following Hurricane Irma in 2017; made you appreciate the property even more! Many relaxing locations to choose from. Comfortable furnishings. Many great restaurants very close to the property. Gated community was very safe and quiet. Even though there were other renters in the community, you often had the entire pool/beach to yourself. Highly recommended this gorgeous property with amazing views and fabulous hosts! Thank you for an enjoyable, memorable stay!

The house was beautiful and well supplied with everything you would need to enjoy the Keys!! The outdoor area was wonderful with the hammock, swing , shared dock and pool. The location was great and easy to get to the things we wanted to visit. Owner was responsive. Many wonderful memories were made!!

We stayed for a week with 3 little kids and had the best time! The house was exactly as described had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a few meals there. We used the washer / dryer a lot, they provided detergent. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows. The views from all the rooms were so nice - I loved waking up and looking right out to the water. You can see both the sunrise to the left and sunset to the right from the porches.We fished everyday, used the kayaks , and went in the heated pool. The house had everything we needed for all the outdoor activities. The location was great- a little over a half hour to key west and marathon. Close to a big grocery store and a few restaurants. The binder in the house gave us tons of info on things to do and history of the islands and the house.We hope to be able to go again next year!

Property was exceptional - a rare find. The location was a perfect base for our fishing trips. The dock setup was excellent. The views from the house were breathtaking. The pool was just right for relaxation after a day on the water. Communication with the manager was a 10.

Gorgeous views for quiet days at the house and close to Key West and Marathon for the more adventurous. We'll be back!

Two seasoned couples. Well traveled. This was the best property we have ever stayed at. CleAn, perfectly cared for with lots of extras. Owner attentive and responsive. Could not ask for more!

We were so pleased with our stay at this property. Everything went smoothly from check in to our departure. The home was beautiful, perfectly located and sparkling clean. For us the location between Key West and Marathon was perfect--and so peaceful. If nature and peace and quiet are what you are looking for, you will find it here. We visited Key West and Marathon but were more than happy to return to this oasis. Of all of the units in this community, this one is prime. It is directly on the small beach and right next to the pool with unobstructed, beautiful views. I chose this unit partly because of the bikes, kayaks and paddleboards offered, but my husband injured his shoulder prior to the trip, so we didn't get to use any of them. There are many very good restaurants nearby--the closest is Broil--and was the best, in our opinion. The food and service were over the top. A more casual option, Boondocks was fun, and we were surprised at how good the food was. We also love stopping at Hogfish Grill in Key West on our way up from the airport. The Key West airport is an easy drive. We drove up to Miami when we left, and that drive is one you need to do at least once in your lifetime. As far as the unit goes, as others have mentioned, it was very well stocked. You could literally arrive with just your clothes, and everything else would be provided. The decor is so beachy and fun, bedding was very nice and beds were quite comfortable. Hope to return!

This is such a beautiful house! There are gorgeous views from the first and second floors, and both floors have decks with water views and plenty of seating. You can see both the sunrise and sunset from the porches.The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. There's a full-size washer and dryer which we really appreciated.The location can't be beat. The home is 25 minutes from Key West, so it's an easy drive if you want any of the activities offered there and it's far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful. The stars that you can see in the night sky are incredible since you're away from the busier areas of the Keys.There is a storage room with all sorts of recreational equipment for your use. We loved being able to use a couple of beach chairs when we visited Bahia Honda.The owners are sweet people who are incredibly helpful. They made some great suggestions to us for activities and restaurants prior to our arrival.

Had a wonderful stay with our 4 adult children. Centrally located so we were able to stay away from the crowds but easy drive for shopping and food. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the paddle boards, kayaks and bikes, something for everyone to do. Went to Bahia Honda beach for a day trip and it was so nice to have beach chairs, towels and a cooler to use. Will definitely book this again for our next great adventure!

Great, Clean house to stay at. Spent Christmas week with my wife and kids. Close to Key West for the older kids and nice and relaxing for my wife and I. Right on the water with perfect views. Highly recommend!

We just completed another amazing stay at 110 Sunrise. A Keys trip is an annual December tradition for my family, and we used to vary where we stayed, however once we found 110 Sunrise we haven't stayed elsewhere. This place has everything one could want, and the location cannot be beat. Highly recommended.

This property is located in a perfect spot. This property offers more than you would ever need to feel at home on vacation. The house was spotless and very well organized. The bedrooms each have an on-suite bathroom and a door that opens to a deck facing the water and pool. If you enjoy water sports, the property offers plenty while supplying fishing poles, kayaks, and chairs. Personally, the pool was just perfect for me. There is nothing difficult about your stay here; Rick has made this vacation home feel like pulling up to your own home. You will also find a three-ring binder full of any information you might be looking for while you visit the Keys. This location is in between Marathon and Key West which makes it convenient for going out to great restaurants and exploring.

This house is absolutely amazing. It has ALL the toys, super clean, gorgeous views and amazing amenities. Unfortunately we stayed during the week of hurricane Milton and ended up having to leave early not knowing quite exactly where the storm was going to hit. Owners were awesome and worked with us. We will definitely be back, We have VRBO for years and this by far was our favorite place.
