Luxurious New Beach Home - Amazing Ocean Views - Steps to the Beach!

Was great for a large group. Most kitchen basics were provided. The only thing I found odd was shampoo and conditioner was provided in each bathroom but not body wash.

The property is great location, the owners were extremely easy to communicate with and accommodated any issues we ran into! Home is very workable with lots of beds and rooms.We highly recommend this property and its owners to take care of you!

Rental was very clean and fully equipped. It is also very close to the beach. Parking is a bit tight so I would recommend not bringing huge rental cars.The staff was very responsive to request, including the return of items accidentally left behind. Very nice day.

2026 Spring Break Trip for family of 13. The property lived up to all of our expectations. The location is ideal. The house itself is amazing and lives up to the pictures on the site. We had three generations on this trip, with ages from 18 months to 67yr. The house was well suited for all! *The air conditioner worked great!

Great place and location location location

Most things were in good shape TV’s were not working properly. The satellite reception was not working.Plenty of space for our large group.

The house had clearly been renovated in recent years and was very nice with furnishings in good shape and a well stocked kitchen. Patio and or balcony decks on all three levels, let in lots of light and opportunities to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

We have stayed at the property annually for many years and as always the house (renting both units) was amazing. Such a convenient location to the beach. The host is so accommodating and responsive. The house is clean and perfectly furnished for all our needs with 17 people, 8 adults and 9 kids aged 6 to 16. Can’t wait until next year.

Awesome property! Had 7 adults, me and my husband, my kids and spouses, my dad and 8 grand babies for a total of 15! We had the best time and everything was great with the home. The host was awesome and got back to us right away when we had questions. We are already planning our trip for next year! Thank you for allowing us your property to make some forever amazing memories!

The property was fine. It was missing basic things that we have always had in a VRBO such as cooking staples (oil, flour sugar some spices, plastic wrap/foil, containers for leftovers.. The pictures showed two grills and there was only one for the downstairs unit. Some outdoor blankets would have been nice as it does get cool out there. The explanations on garbage etc. were clear and easy to follow in the notebook. Also, we had an email stating there were no hairdryers or iron. Both were there so current updated information would have been helpful as we were mostly traveling by plane and were limited on what we could bring.

The property was in a great spot super close to the beach and plenty of space for the whole family. We missed it in the pictures, but the downstairs living room was sunken down and had a few steps to reach. Which was difficult for those with limited mobility. Other than that, the space was clean and well organized. We had a great stay.

Great Location, But Property Needs UpdatesWe stayed for four nights and reserved the entire property. The best part of this rental is definitely the location—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities. You really can't beat the convenience.That said, the overall condition of the property was just OK. The HVAC system didn’t work properly during our stay, which made things uncomfortable at times, and the beds could really use an upgrade—they weren't particularly comfortable and felt worn out.Given the price point, we expected a bit more in terms of upkeep and comfort. For us, it was a three-star experience—amazing location, but the value doesn't fully match the cost until some improvements are made.

This place is so nice. Well decorated. And someone is a wine drinker. There's 20 wine glasses. hahaha. Perfect for our group.

Nice home. Little touches would have improved the stay like having salt and pepper and some other basic spices. We had to go buy some and when we left, we gave all of them to the house next-door who had some people checking Also more paper towels.

This house was truly such a gem! It is located just a block from the beach and has beautiful beach and ocean views. We rented the combined unit (all three stories) which was perfect for our girls' trip! The house itself was spacious and easily fill all 11 of us. If I ever have a big group and am back in San Diego, I will definitely book again!

We loved the house! It gave us wonderful options for our family to stay comfortably under one roof for five days! So much better than getting separate rooms in a hotel. Thank you!

We celebrated our first family vacation in 10 years, and this was the perfect house to do this at! We had a big family of 15 that stayed, adults and children. The location had something for everyone to do. The space in the house gave everyone enough space to breathe when needed. Communication for any issues was quick. Highly recommend this home and definitely thinking about booking again in the future!

Awesome place to stay. Perfect location for things to do. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach, close to sea world and the zoo.

Location is fantastic. Close to the beach, close to good restaurants and entertainment. Close, easy drive to and from the airport and local attractions. Parking is tight, and was a challenge to park 2 SUVs, but is nice to have the garage to park in at night. We had a Highlander and Grand Cherokee and those were as big as you could get in the garage. We couldn't open the door into the house when parked, but could get the big door closed. The house was fantastic for the 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 14, 14, 14, 12, 10, 9). LOTS of sand toys and camp chairs in the garage for you bring to the beach. We had a great time walking the beach at night and exploring the Belmont Park area to wind down the evening after using the days to see the other stuff San Diego offers.

We spent 4 nights in this lovely home. We enjoyed listening to the waves and the views from the many decks. We could easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the amusement park. Belmont Park was an added bonus for our trip. The rides were fun and not too scary. I rode the rollercoaster at least 4 times! Tickets were easy to purchase and affordable.The kitchen was well equipped for the minimal cooking we planned to do. I didn't realize until the last night that the house had food and yard waste bins available, so we could have composted during our trip.The beach was great! We enjoyed the sunsets together as a family and even spotted a tiny green flash on the last night. Everyone enjoyed the available beach chairs and sand toys. It was far too cold for swimming, but we had a great time bird-watching and people-watching. The outdoor shower was really helpful for rinsing all the sandy feet returning from the beach. Mission Beach is a great spot for a vacation. I highly recommend using this house for a large family or group.

We loved it

The house was perfect for our family reunion in San Diego. Ages ranged from 2 to 90 and everyone had a place to sleep and hang out. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This property is a very short walk to Belmont park, tons of shopping and restaurants. 3 parking spots is a big plus as well. Very spacious for large groups. Only thing I would suggest is having some shower necessities and at least some seasonings in kitchen. Everything else was great!

Took our family and friends to celebrate my daughters bday. Great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. Beautiful house with great views.

We have been traveling every year for 18 years and this has been the best home we have stayed in thus far. There are 17 women in our group and finding a home that will accomodate sleeping, bathrooms,indoor, and outdoor space for a reasonable cost is diffictult to find. The floorplan is fabulous for large parties with the first level having a nice patio, small kitchen and living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The middle floor offered a spacious kitchen, greatroom, and deck which was perfect for meals and games. In addition to the adaquate space for our group the middle floor had 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Floor 3 has 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms along with the best view of the ocean. This is a great house for a large group! Thank you to the amazing owner Liz for her responsivness and helping us to coordinate our stay. We will be back!

The property was just yards from the beach and is suitable for both adults and young children. Definitely worth renting again.

Place was clean, so convenient to beach, playground, Belmont Park. We all thought it was great. Great kitchen and well stocked.
