The kitchen was stocked well. We did not use the hottub.

Good spot, game room fames were broken, they did there best and got a sub game in there but other two dodnt work.

Everything was good. The house is big and spacious . The only thing that could be better is the bunks. They aren’t really made for adults. The mattresses could be better.

The grass wasn't mowed, so we couldn't do the yard games we had planned, but we made do. The check-in/out was smooth, though they send you a lot of disparte emails for check in, so it is hard to track which one has the door code, etc. Again...workable. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The property was great for our big family and had everything we needed for our stay. We had 11 kids varying in ages and with so much to do in the area at Suncadia everyone was happy. Its walk able to Nelson Farm and bike area and a quick drive to on site restaurants. We are already planning a trip back next summer.

It's incredibly quiet and lovely, however, and sadly, only 3 out of 12 mattresses are comfortable. The main 2 rooms on the first floor are great (the master is the most comfy), only one bunk out of 6 bunk bed mattresses is not springs. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are incredibly hard (not just firm), and hard on the back. My back ached so bad I couldn't get any good sleep. It is stocked with great shampoo, soap, coffee maker AND keurig with some pods, as well as laundry soap pods which we greatly appreciated as some of these homes do not provide the basics such as these. There was no communication that our first morning there that landscapers would be there. Beside the intrusive noise at 8:15am while we were reading on the back deck, one man had a full mask on, sunglasses and a hat - with 6 females in the house it was very triggering and super loud. In any case, at the bare minimum, communication of any other persons coming onto the property is a common courtesy that I would think should be a priority, it was very alarming and jarring, even without the masked man.The garbage room had not been attended to since the last guests and was awful when placing our garbage into it - perhaps garbage day was skipped 1 or 2 times. I believe all of these things can be fixed - communication of any maintenance people and the beds are the main issues. We came here to rest - so for us it is/was a deal breaker.

Everyone had their own bathrooms and the bunk bed room was the best for all the cousins to talk till midnight. We had a little snow and a slight mis-hap with the septic so we called and they were out to fix the problem in less than 15 min! We were so impressed with the great communication provided when there were questions. The large counter space and table was perfect for this group. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect property for multiple families with kids. Great amount of indoor and outdoor space and close to the Nelson Farm area.

We were disappointed that we weren't able to use Suncadia pool facilities, but were able to spend time at the play areas at Nelson Farm and at nearby Speelyi beach on Cle ELum Lake (arrive early to avoid the crowds). We also spent a day in Leavenworth. As to restaurants, be sure to call ahead for large groups - at least one Cle Elum restaurant was not able to accommodate our group.The house: The house is beautiful and spacious with a nice view of the surrounding area. While the pictures of Crooked Pine show nice green grass in the yard, that was not the case when we arrived - the yard was dry and dusty with sparse dry grass. The garage playroom was nice, although some of the equipment is functional but in need of repair. Note that noise from the playroom can be heard clearly in the bedrooms above. That became clear on the first morning after we arrived. The kitchen is well-stocked, but lacks good frying pans. It was wonderful to have two dishwashers! The main beds are very firm and only have heavy duvet covers (no blankets). Pillows are minimal. There are many bathrooms but only one bathtub in the house. Also be aware that the back porch has no railings (up to 2-ft drop in places). There are no blinds on the west-facing living and dining room windows (full window wall in the living room). The afternoon sun was pretty intense through them.
