Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in November for a basketball tournament with our 11 players, several siblings and a lot of parents. The house was great - the kitchen was huge and well stocked, the smart TVs worked seamlessly and the girls LOVED the two game rooms. We enjoyed having the second fridge for all the beverages and appreciated the double laundry as well. The hot tub worked well and there were plenty of towels as long as we ran the occasional load. We had actually booked a different property for this weekend and the furnace there broke at the last minute and the management company was WONDERFUL in quickly setting us up here at Knotty Pines before we all hit the road from the Seattle area. We are already planning on returning next year.

We had about 30 adults and 6 kids stay in Suncadia for two nights and we made the best decision booking with ASVR! Kitchens came equipped with everything needed for our large group and the game room was a huge hit!

Excellent house and property - very clean. Kitchen well-stocked, and having 2 fridges and 2 game rooms was greatly appreciated for our large group. Great bedroom set-up with multiple bunks. Outdoor patio with fireplace and grill opening directly into the kitchen/dining and main room is a great setup. Mgmt company very responsive. Downside was the showers were very cold in all but 1 bathroom - we could not figure out why. And being allowed only 1 trash can of garbage for a weekend seemed sparse. But overall excellent place and highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Its difficult to find a home large enough for our family of 21 but the Knotty Pine definately met our needs! The home is lovely, and well suited for a group our size with game tables and activities for all level of kids and adults. The home is niely furnished throughout and in great condition. Kids and adults enjoyed the small sledding hill right outside the door as well as the more challenging hill across the street. The property management people were readily availabel to answer any questions before and after our arival. My only suggestion would be to include more chairs for the dining table to accommadate larger groups like ours to be able to eat and play games at the table, and throw in a couple pot holders. We are already planning our next stay!

Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious, clean, well maintained, and had a lot to offer for our large party. We had what we needed and spent a great weekend enjoying the area. Do be aware there are rules and strict parking regulations for being within Suncadia that should be reviewed before booking. We spent a lot of time maneuvering cars around. Other than that, the hosts are well informed, got us all information needed, and the house was accommodating and comfortable.

We hosted our company Golf tournament at Suncadia and used this home as hour choice of stay. It was the perfect location and the perfect setup for what we needed. Highly recommend.

Great location, except for the non functional fire pit it is well appointed and everything was in good shape. Perfect for a family reunion; really great that it is close to the park and activities.
