Luxurious, Meticulous, Charming, Beautifully appointed 3bedroom in State College

We had the most comfortable and relaxing stay here, so much so, we wanted to extend our stay. Everything is spotless and beautifully designed/decorated. It has all you need for a very comfortable stay. You feel like you're the first to stay in a brand new home! And Shannon the host is very welcoming. This is an ideal place when you're visiting your PSU kids or for any visit. There is a reason for all of the stellar reviews!

Absolutely loved this house! Everything about it was perfect…location, linens, furnishings, kitchen and bath supplies, etc. The host was super welcoming and responsive; a real pleasure to communicate with. Truly felt like a home away from home!

We stayed at this lovely property for a weekend visit to Penn State. The place is extremely clean with a well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed having a backyard to hangout. We definitely will stay here again.

The home is beautifully decorated but very comfortable and warm. Simply gorgeous! Weather wasn't great for us so we could not take advantage of the back yard but would have a been nice to relax back there. Location and proximity to PSU was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

While visiting my son who is a student at Penn State we stayed at this lovely home. The house was super clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathrooms were filled with everything you need, and the living room was very warm and comfortable. Distance to school wasn't as close as I thought (will need car to go back and forth) but well worth the drive. I will definitely be back!

The house I stayed in was beautifully decorated,with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort,cooking and relaxing. The location made it the perfect retreat for visiting with my PSU student.

We were up to visit my son for a longer weekend and this place was great and the host was really friendly. Check-in was a breeze. The living room was comfy, the beds were even more so and both bathrooms had good showers and were stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Although we did not cook, the kitchen did look like it had enough to make meals. My only request is to supply some non-dairy creamer in addition to the coffee pods :) I will definitely stay here again.

The property is simply lovely. Perfect layout and size for a famiy trip to Happy Valley. Shannon was fantastic as our host, very responsive and oh so helpful! We were greated with wonderful informatio about the property and some local snacks! We will stay again on our next trip to Penn State and Happy Valley!

Shannon was a great host and checked on our needs while we were there both in-person and via text. It is a nice house, easily accessible, and close to downtown and the PSU campus. There is a bus stop nearby, and a nice park for walks. You can tell the entire upper level is newly updated, the wifi works well which was great because my wife and I were teleworking. The beds and furniture are comfy. The downstairs was locked to us but Shannon was amenable to us using it if needed for teleworking purpose, but it is not updated (we didn't need it, but the offer was appreciated), I was travelling with a family member on crutches and the main bedroom bathroom had a low entry/exit, which made it is easy for them to shower. Will definitely stay here again.
