Host and home were fantastic!

We had an amazing experience! The house and pool were fantastic and the hosts were attentive and very accommodating. The house was clean and beds were comfortable which is always a plus. Highly recommend.

We stay at several VRBO’s each year, and this was one the loveliest. This is a beautiful, comfortable vacation home with quality, clean furnishings and entertainment. The pool area was beautiful. It’s unusual for rentals to truly be fully stocked, we were very surprised and truly enjoyed having snacks and beverages available!

What a fabulous property. 8 Adults stayed as a girls weekend and the host and home provided the perfect place. The home was well equipped with everything. The pool and hot tub were devine. The location was great (we had cars). Do not hesitate to book this property.

5 girlfriends of mine and two teenage girls came for a basketball tournament and had the best vacation ever! The owners are extremely communicative and such great hosts! The house is in the perfect location however, the backyard is definitely the icing on the cake for this property. We really never left the pool unless we had to go to a basketball game. We will definitely be back next year for the same tournament!

Very nice home with large pool and hot tub. Close to Phoenix airport and shopping. Nice BBQ and large outside and inside dining tables. Owners were very, very responsive with any questions before and during our stay Highly recommend

Great place!

Great home, golf course views, quiet neighborhood, resort-like pool/hot tub that can be heated. Comfortable beds, great floorplan, pool table, ping-pong table, plenty of pool towels and bathroom towels. Well appointed kitchen. 3 families shared house for high school baseball tournament and would stay here again! Close to grocery stores, restaurants, easy airport and freeway access.

We had a small family gathering for my uncle's 90th birthday party and the home was large enough to comfortably host the event. The pool made a beautiful backdrop and the house was clean and well furnished. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with.

Seven of us stayed in this perfect home in Phoenix for my doctoral graduation. The home has an awesome pool and jacuzzi. The only complaint that we had was that the home states pool and hot tub, but a couple days before we checked in I was told it would be 250 extra to heat the pool and 150 extra to heat the hot tub. I was extremely disappointed that the ad stated “hot tub” but then charges extra to use it hot! We didn’t care about heating the pool because we use the pool to cool off and swim. Ad shouldn’t have stated “hot tub” if the tub cost extra to be hot. The owners were very nice and did allow a waiver is extra charge to heat the “hot tub” during our weekend stay. The home was located on a golf course, close to the Phoenix airport, Chase Field, downtown, and major stores. Great location for all of our needs!

Fantastic home for four friends to stay and all have their own bedrooms. Almost walking distance to 2 golf courses, proximate to many spring training facilities. Pool/Hot Tub were amazing. Owner was immediatly responsive to any questions. Will stay here every time I come to PHX!

The home was beautiful. Plenty of room for our group of 5 friends, everyone had their own space with plenty of room to get together. We made good use of the hot tub and the ping pong table!

Communication w the owners was spot on. The house was beautiful and well kept. Appreciated they had all the necessities and more ready for us. We visited during the holidays and they even had a little Christmas Tree at the house.my older kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay for our son's wedding. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.It has wonderful amenities and everything you need for a perfect stay in Phoenix. We really enjoyed the outdoor bar/kitchen and the pool and spa are A+. The kitchen and pantry had all the appliances/serveware/utensils/stock items we needed, and more! High quality bedding and towels. Simple check-in and check-out. Yolanda and Al were super responsive and helpful when needed, which we didn't need to reach out much as the Welcome Guide we received before check-in and the instructions at the house covered all our questions. We highly recommend!!!
