Excellent accommodation, well appointed, quality firm king bed, clean, streaming entertainment, well managed. Convenient and quiet location in Gilbert.

The property is spotless and the host was very easy to get a hold of if/when we needed anything. All amenities were excellent, new property. Excellent location within minimal distance from grocery, dining and downtown activities. We will definitely be going back as regular customers.

Beautiful room!

This was a lovely stay! The room was extremely spacious and clean. It had everything I needed for a few nights in town and was only about a 5 minute drive from plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. It was a great value and I'd absolutely stay again.

My four day stay was outstanding! Unit is very clean with easy access to any store you may require or for dine out as well. Room is located on a main road and had not issue regarding noice or traffic. Property owner is very informative ensuring transparency for any of my concerns or questions during the visit. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling thru or for personal or business travel. Excellent job Erika!

I’m sorry to say, this was the worst VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. I write this only so owners can correct what is controllable. Bed squeaks so loud with every movement. Bed & pillows super uncomfortable (hurt my neck & back). They need a shade in the shower window so the world can’t see into the bathroom crystal clearly including the shower and toilet. Allow tenant to control A/C (it was so hot). Ensure ceiling fan works properly (remote didn’t work). Not controllable, but the traffic is super loud outside zooming by, and there were strange men playing poker on the property just feet away who left after I asked them why they were there. The place is very clean and looks nice but functionally was not worthy of being rented. We ended up tossing/turning in bed for 2 hours until at 2:00 AM we were so hot and miserable, we up and left and went to a hotel in the middle of the night!

Nice room. Be aware, though, there is no temperature control for the room so you are at the mercy of the host house. There is a ceiling fan but the fan control doesn't work. Also, there is no shade or other window covering on the bathroom window. During the day it isn't a problem but at night, when the light is on in the bathroom, everyone outside can see right in the window. It was a bit uncomfortable the two nights the host house had guests over and they were all walking by the window when leaving. Other than that, it was clean, quiet, roomy and comfortable.

Erika is very easy to communicate with! Place was very clean and had the nice touches like coffee and plenty of towels. Will stay again!

The room was decorated very nicely and immaculate.This property is on a very busy street, but the insulation keeps most of the traffic noise out.The listing says that the room has a/c. It does have a/c but you have to ask the host to turn it on and off.Host was responsive and kind.

This property is a very nice place to stay, the owner was communicative and easy to reach. Very clean, and new. Everything thing I needed was there and readily available and except for a bit of vehicle noise at night, it was excellent!

Private and home like. Lots of space to unpack. The provided products were very nice and had enough room for all the food we needed for the week. Hosts were great to work with.

Easy access and clean and comfortable

Had everything we needed and the bathroom was fantastic. I know the space is very limited but a another chair would have been nice and replace that desk with a small folding table or something would have been nice but those are just small things. I will say the internet was quite bad. Didn't really watch TV much but had it on while my girlfriend was getting ready and it was constantly buffering on streaming services. Would certainly stay here again, highly recommended.

This is a top notch and very clean place to stay. Erika is a great host who is responsive, helpful and kind. I will always book my stay every year here when I come to visit my family.

Very nice property located is a central location. All furnishings are high end. Quiet and dark at night and parking is almost at your front door.

I came for just an overnight as I waited my family's arrival the next day. Communication was top-notch and the space was lovely. I slept like the dead (first time in a while). This is a great launch pad for visits and travels in the area.

Great location near the Mesa Gateway Airport and all attractions in the Mesa area. Easy to get to, especially with the directions that were provided. Clean and comfortable. Fast responses from Erika. We had a quiet and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

I spent one night here while in town to visit friends and attend a concert.This is a new property and it is very modern in appearance, both inside and out. The online description and photos are completely accurate, and the room itself is very spacious and comfortable, nearly all of the basic amenities available to guests. There is a modest amount of traffic noise, because the property is located near a road that is fairly busy (at least on weekdays).The check-in process was simple and efficient, and my host was extremely responsive and communicative, answering my questions promptly and cheerfully.Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at this at this property and would not hesitate to recommend it to others

Perfect place to rest your head when my Nephew & his Wife were in town for a family gathering. From what they told me, the shower was amazing..

Really nice little place to stay

The hosts were communicative and kind. They made sure I had everything I needed. There is a parking spot right in front of the suite. Which was a good fit for my needs. The smart TV and wifi worked perfectly over my one week stay. The bed is very comfortable and the linens very nice. It has a large walk in closet that can fit a lot of clothes and storage. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again!

The property was luxuriously upscale and beautiful! The owner was always available to message if any needs arise and so accommodating. Everything you need and a wonderful relaxing place!

Came to visit, first time in Gilbert. Nice new place. Internet was slow so we couldn’t use TV, but everything else was great!
