Beautiful open floor plan with 25 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling large windows to view the private river setting while sitting on the living rooms sofas. Quiet place, the old Florida to relax and view the wildlife, otters, herrings, eagles, deer, manatees, possibly an alligator,owls and hawks. Outdoor decks with tables and chairs, large umbrella to view the river or relax in the hammock. Kayaks and canoe for our guests to explore the winding Manatee River with access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025It was a very peaceful setting with a scenic river a few feet away. The house was well-appointed and quite comfortable. The owner was a nice guy who was easily accessible if need be.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024It’s a lovely property that is well appointed with kitchen supplies and linens, is clean, and has comfortable beds. Location is a nice combination of seclusion and close enough to shopping making it convenient for excursions or running out for groceries.

Stayed Jan 22, 2024We were in town to race at Bradenton Motorsports Park. This home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the home & river.
