Luxurious home with woodstove, fireplace, & screened porch - walk everywhere

This is a great house with a lot of kitchen amenities. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathroom lighting is not good for doing makeup or hair. The master bathroom has a makeup light but it doesn’t work. The location is perfect we walked to town every day. No need to drive and try to find parking.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing home. Had everything we needed. Many places for us to gather and converse when not out shopping or dining. Property manager responded quickly when we commented on some minor things we noted. Beds were comfy too! Enjoyed our porch time too!

The house was very clean and was the perfect location. Close to our daughter's wedding venue and downtown. We had a great weekend!

Home is beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed. Loved the screened porch! Wish the refrigerator had an automatic ice maker. Otherwise it was a great retreat. We’ve done this Saugatuck trip for 13 years and it never disappoints.

Very beautiful and comfortable house. Only complaint was the squeaky upper bunk beds. Walking distance to water, shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Our only issue was lack of forks. We only had 7, but had 20ish knives and spoons. We submitted this as an issue and were told we could furnish our own. Since we had contact with a local rep on our first day, we really thought we should be provided with the appropriate silverware. I know this sounds minor, but it was an inconvenience we didn't expect.

This home has been beautifully remodeled. Our group of friends spent a lot of time on the comfy screened in porch. There are three nice bedrooms and one bunk room with two bunk beds. However, the large stairway window shines in to the bunk room, which made it difficult for one of us to sleep. I have two suggestions for any owner:Please provide a charging station in the bedrooms. Everyone today has a phone, possibly a watch, c-pap, hearing aid charger, etc. Also, leave directions for the TV and washer, etc. We loved our time at Lazy Daze!

We stayed the week prior to the 4th of July with 6 guests total. The space was perfect for that amount of guests. Everything was very cleanly upon arrival and the location of the house is perfect for exploring downtown Saugatuck (which is beautiful in the summer). Overall, we would stay here again - without a doubt! P.s. We left our laptop at the property and it was quickly mailed back to us. Thank you to the property manager!

H.S. was a long time ago, but our friendship is lasting! The three of us had a great time wondering the town of Saugatuck and enjoying all it had to offer. We arrived on a Tuesday and left on Thursday. this meant the area wasn't crowded and it was easy to find parking in town. The house was delightful. We spent one rainy evening talking into the wee hours of the morning in the beautiful living room. We had the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our use. We highly recommend Lazy Daze Manor.

Home is very stately with great amenities. Beds slept very well. Kitchen had a good variety of dishes and cooking utensils.

Such a cozy house situated among the trees…close to downtown and the water. Especially enjoyed our time on the screened back porch.

Stunning gem located on a serene road, about a mile from the center of Saugatuck. You can feel that many special memories have been made here, particularly on the fully enclosed outdoor porch where we enjoyed sitting in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with our cider and wine. The beds were all very luxurious and the living room couches very comfortable and welcoming. The layout is very thoughtful and accomodates both central gathering and also privacy. During our short stay the main refigerator was not working at full capacity - we assume this will get addressed but would recommend confirming before booking. The house is currently for sale and our kids were lobbying hard that we should buy it and move to Saugatuck - that is how much we loved the home and the town!

Loved our stay here! Convenient to town and beautifully furnished plus the peaceful pond across the street was so peaceful. The only things I wished were provided were things for the beach. Also, the bunk beds were very squeaky but otherwise comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
