Luxurious Home w/ Pool, Parking, Steps to River Street by Lucky Savannah

Home was amazing, super clean and great location. We will definitely rent this home again.

The house was awesome! Very clean and the host was very helpful when we were having issues with the door code upon arrival. The house is in a great location. We parked our cars when we arrived and did not moved them until we left.

The house was great, plenty of room for abig family.

This property was great. Only a few exceptions. The first is the code for getting in. It’s tricky as the same code doesn’t work for all the doors. And there is three different doors. So that was rough but the management company was fantastic and helped when I called. The only other thing is “the pool” is more like a glorified hot tub…which was great for us. But need a good skimming from trees and bugs and stuff. I was able to do a little of that myself. Not a huge deal. But overall, this house is gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again. Location was awesome. The coffee shop on the corner was fantastic.

The property is beautifully appointed. The kitchen has all the essential basics. The neighborhood is great, very walkable to River Street and lots of food options. The lighting in the master bathroom is a bit dim, so pack a travel lighted mirror if you plan for glam. Getting into the garages in the alley is a tight fit, so no large SUVs or trucks.We experienced a minor roof leak during our stay, due to torrential rains. Property management was quick to respond.

We had plenty of room in the house - felt like we were able to all meet in common rooms and courtyard while still having enough privacy. Location was perfect, close to everything! The home is perfectly decorated, in fantastic condition, and spacious and comfortable for all of our guests. Many of the girls told me this was the nicest rental property they've ever stayed in (and I agree!). The Lucky Savannah team was very responsive when we had a hiccup with the door code and it was so easy to store our luggage at their office before and after our stay. The location could not be more perfect - we didn't have to take a single Uber the entire weekend. One thing to note is the Carriage House is a completely separate entrance from the main house. It wasn't clear to us from the listing, but it still worked out great.Thank you so much, Lucky Savannah, for an incredible weekend! We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful property, well appointed, with everything you need for a special stay. I won't hesitate to stay there again. But, a few things you should note:1. The management company, Lucky Savannah, will send you a link 2 days before your stay. Check this out as soon as you get the link. Good information, but it's organized in a confusing way. For example, access codes to the garage were in a different place on the site than other access codes to the house. And, they left out important access codes, like the front and back door. I had to reach out to the property manager to get these. I asked if they could update the linked info, because I needed to forward it to other guests, but was told no, they couldn't change it. So, as soon as you get the link, check and make sure you have all the information you need. You don't want to be standing at the front door trying to figure out who to contact to get in.2. There must be only one HVAC unit for the main house. The upstairs bedrooms can be very hot while the main floor and master bedroom are temperate. If some of your guests are naturally hot-natured, they should absolutely not sleep on the second floor. 3. The carriage house is a perfect, extra apartment. It's very comfortable and private. However, I would not plan for young children to stay there. To access, you must leave the main house and walk around the corner to access. All in all, a great stay.
