Luxurious Home w/ Elevator. Private Pool. Close Walk to the Beach. Very Clean.

Great place for lots of people to get together. Beds comfortable. Amenities to take to the beach. We did not use the pool but beautiful to sit by.

Pool was not ready and was scheduled for service the first full day of our stay. Pool man arrived between 10-11 am...pool was still not up to temp at 10pm that night. The next day had high winds and very cool temp which made the pool unusable. I know you can't control the weather, however if the pool was ready I would have had 2 days use. I thought the extra for a heated pool justified the extravagant fee we paid upfront. 1895. We checked in 4 pm on Thursday and had to be checked out by 10am on Sunday. In my opinion was not cost effective as I could have saved a significant amount with another rental just as nice with no pool.. A lesson learned I guess. As always buyer beware. I should have asked ahead of time if they had the pool heated and ready to go. Details matter when you are paying a premium price . Also the lack of pool lights limited the only evening we tried to enjoy the pool. Overall disappointed.

We really, truly enjoyed staying at this property. The elevator is a godsend. We cooked most meals over the course of our stay and using the wagon in the garage and the elevator made it easier to haul everything up to the second floor. The pool is heated and we used it every day. The beach is close by and we visited it most days. The location is great. Joe is the host with the most! We definitely would recommend this property.

The elevator was really needed 4 of 6 family members have leg problems. I got many compliments about the booking. from them. Loved the place would go again.

It was a great time and wonderful place to stay. You are a few minutes to the beach, with a private pool.

We loved the house! We spent lots of time in the pool. Had plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Loved the big ice chest that was there.

The property was exactly a listed. The check in process couldn't have been any easier. The proximity to beach access was just about as close as you can get in a private home on spi.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The elevator really came in handy for my aging parents with bad knees. Accommodations were beautiful and prompt communication with property owner. Will definitely be staying here again!

We were SO pleased with our stay! Our kids ages, 7 & 10, couldn't wait to get in the pool and because it was heated perfectly everyone enjoyed it. who are in their 70s & 80.

The house was as advertised. Beach was walkable and all of the bars and restaurants were an easy drive. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was big and well stocked and the host was super easy to work with

I have rented SO many VRBO’S ‘in the past. And I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a host as hospitable, accommodating, and just so very easy to deal with. It was an amazing time with our family for our son’s wedding. Thank you Joe very much!!

Went for a family vacation getaway!! We had a great time!! Pool was fantastic!! Short walk to the beach!! The elevator came in handy!! Home was great!!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this property, everything was clean, spacious and we especially enjoyed the private pool. Our Host, Dr Garza was very prompt at getting back to me with any questions i had. We would definitely book again in the future!

Wonderful stay. I'm glad we picked this place. Spacious enough for our party of 12. The beach supplies there were perfect, the house was clean, the pool was nice, and the house had everything we needed for a toddler. We didn't have any issues, and the owner was very nice and answered all of our questions prior to our trip to help us prep. I definitely recommend this place.
