Luxurious Home Overlooking Venice Canals

The house is in a great location for walking to multiple areas of the beach or shopping. We really enjoyed the roof top and the kitchen was great.

House was clean, comfortable, in great location with lots of room to spread out and relax. Loved the decor/art. Host quick to respond.

We stayed here at the end of October!and we loved the house! Its beautiful! Exactly as described. The location was great, walking distance to beach, canals around the corner, lovely little coffee shop down the street. Andrea was easy to communicate with, met her husband and he was very nice and accommodating, gave us tips on where and when we could park on certain areas of the street out front. The hot tub on the roof was perfect after a day of walking around. House was comfy and amenities were fantastic! Great kitchen with everything one needs. Would definitely rent this gorgeous home again!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea and Ed’s beautiful house in Venice canals. The location is superb in the quiet canal neighborhood with easy access to Venice Beach. The amenities of this vintage house were perfect for our family visit. (Note that occupants of the smaller bedroom under the kitchen will hear the shuffling of chairs in the kitchen dining area.)

This is a 5-Star House. Great quiet and safe neighborhood. Wonderful house layout - ideal for cooking together and lounging. Very interesting artwork. Lots of natural light with high ceilings. Rooftop views along with hot tub is a real bonus. We had a fun 9 day visit. House is fairly close to the beach, right next to the interesting canals and ideally located for a bunch of LA area day trips. Owners are very responsive to any needs. You won’t be disappointed staying in this classy house

The location was perfect. We were able to explore the area on foot which was more desirable than driving. Yes, there were shops nearby.

Superb location waking distance to many great restaurants and Venice beach. House was clean and very well equipped. Seamless checkin with excellent comms from the host. Everything pretty much as described. As per the listing the garage is quite low, long enough for a Dodge Challenger but probably wouldn’t fit a full size SUV. Rooftop is awesome.

Lovely as described. Clean and the king-sized bed in the main bedroom was heavenly. The variety of art was really interesting- some on the dark side, but we like that. Good supply of kitchenware for our needs, and the kitchen space is beautiful. Made us wish we had cooking skills! We enjoyed the TV/streaming services and hot tub and appreciated the garage. Would stay again in the future.

The house is in a perfect neighborhood. We had never been to Venice Beach and definitely want to come back and would love to stay here again. It's within a reasonable drive to everywhere we wanted to go and especially convenient to LAX. And we could just stay in Venice Beach if we didn't want to drive anywhere. Walking distance to the beach and beach-y vibe stores and restaurants, or walk 10 minutes in the other direction and you're on Abbot Kinney where you'll find amazing shopping and fun restaurants and coffees shops. We were 3 couples and had plenty of room. Having the small powder room near the living room was nice to have an extra bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with anything you'd need. The garage is key! Although there is street parking, not having to think about it at all was such a help. We rented a mini-van and there was no problem fitting. This rental is a really great find!

Perfect location and value

This VRBO is in a great location and has the best equipped kitchen in any rental I have ever stayed in. It is a very nice house and well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay. Was nice being able to walk on the canals just a few seconds after leaving the house.

Very quiet and peaceful area, short walk to Venice canal district and beach. Comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen, and comfortable roof deck. I would love to stay here again.

Great place, really conveniently located and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to many places, and the garage meant we didn’t have worry about street parking. The kitchen was very well provisioned, allowing us to buy food and cook in.

Awesome location and the property is beautiful. Loved that they have beach things like a pop up tent, chairs, wagon, ice chests and even kids toys!

We had 6 adults and one baby staying at this home. We had plenty of room to spread out and socialize. The rooftop was our favorite gathering place. We didn't do any cooking as there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around.

Very lovely place to stay on vacation with friends! Our friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and lots places to check out in the immediate area. The host was incredibly responsive and had very clear instructions and lovely amenities. Would love to come back and stay if we are ever in the area again!
