Luxurious Golf Course Ko Olina Kai Estates Getaway w/Parking & Near the Beach

Great location near Lagoons, shopping, and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Air conditioning and washer and dryer worked great. We did report ants in the twin bedroom, exhaust fan didn’t work in bathroom and garage light out. The spa at the pool was broken the entire month. Overall, we had a wonderful time. We can’t wait to come back. Mahalo!

The community pool was an easy five-minute walk and featured a hot tub, a fun waterfall area for the kids, and grills with shaded seating that were available for use or reservation.The lagoons were a quick 10–15 minute walk and perfect for relaxing with the kids at a calm beach. There were also shops and restaurants within a short walk, and having Costco, Target, Walmart, and other conveniences about 15 minutes away in Kapolei made it easy to pick up anything we needed.When I contacted the property manager about a minor leak under the kitchen sink, they responded promptly and had someone out right away to fix it. Overall, the stay was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. I’m looking forward to coming back again!

Great space, clean, lots of closet and storage space.

The unit was very clean, great location and nice and quiet. Would recommend having a first morning coffee available. Also thought coffee filters, salt and pepper, sugar would be good as basic supplies provided. However would definitely rent again!

What a beautiful setting this condo is in. The location is amazing. We spent lots of time just relaxing on the deck overlooking the lush surroundings. The market and restaurants were just a short walk away, and easy access to the beach and pool. Beds were comfy, and there were lots of towels and linens. We would definitely come back again!

The property is beautiful. Condo is more than big enough for 6 adults. Lanai is wonderful. A bit of a walk to pool/BBQ if you want to cook you may want to drive over

We had a great stay. The unit was exactly as pictured. We had a few issues with the unit and no pool access, but Ali'i was able to resolve the issues in a few days. Since we were staying for a month, this did not affect our stay. There were many towels and extra bedding, but it would have been nice to have extra blankets. Everything was exactly as described, but it would have been nice to have some outdoor items like boogie boards, beach mats, a cooler, masks, etc. There's no welcome basket, so make sure you stop at Foodland or Safeway for some coffee and snacks. Ko'Olina is a great little secure, and secluded community. The ABC store is pricey but has almost everything you'll need for your vacation. Kapolei is only a few minutes away and has everything else you would need. Avoid rush hour traffic if you need to head into Honolulu or Waikiki.

Great place to stay will use it again.
