Luxurious getaway near Olde Town Arvada

Great house in neighborhood that had many dining and shopping choices nearby. The host was very accommodating of special requests and always replied very quickly.

This was a great house for our girls weekend. The five bedrooms made it really easy for everyone to feel like they had a little bit of space and privacy in addition to our time together. We had a couple of small glitches with the house and the host was highly responsive.

Breana was so helpful and very responsive to any questions! The house was beautiful and in a great area.

I enjoyed our stay, the host was very respectful and very responsive. But overall, I had a great time and once again thank you for hosting us.

The space, storage and appliances were nice, but the open shelving was too high to reach many of the dishes. Also, a few more bowls, especially for serving, would be helpful. Pantry is very nice.

The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She made sure that all of our needs were met during our stay. We were staying with a newborn and she accommodated us very well. The house was beautiful and clean and each room was spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped and the backyard was more than enough space for my dog to run around. The location of this property is so perfect! No more than 5 min to the grocery store, gas station, multiple food options and coffee shops as well as parks for families and dogs! I can’t say enough about how great this vrbo is! We will absolutely be staying again!!

Amazing house, great location, super convenient

Wonderful stay! Super comfortable beds and plenty of seating spaces to spread out. The water pressure was superb. Clean, relaxing, overall a great stay. Super close to the beer garden in a nice neighborhood. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Easy and fast communication with owner. Beautiful house and very spacious. We enjoyed the patio in back with fire pit. Whole family fit on downstairs couch to watch movies at end of long days. Great find if large group in Arvada!!

Great comfy stay suitable for a large group of friends and family.

We stayed here so we had a landing place between different activities/day-trips. There was a beautiful walking path right across the street from the home which provided a great view from the front window. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were nice. Water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. The furniture and decor was trendy and welcoming. Some deeper cleaning wouldn't hurt. The baseboards were dirty and the light fixtures had a layer of dust. The fridge had a funky odor, but we found it and cleaned the shelf that appeared to have a crusty dairy product on it. The propane tanks for the firepit were empty but my husband is a 'gas guy' so he replaced one of them and hooked it back up. With it running, it was wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy a cool evening in Colorado.

We were in Colorado for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The host Brenna was super responsive and the home was as described and pictured and was within 45 minutes of so many wonderful places to visit. If you have a large group to accommodate in or around the Arvada area, this is the place for you!

We came here for work. We really enjoyed the location and the proximity to everything such as old town. There is a brewery type place down the street which was awesome.

We were five adults attending a six-day therapy training and this house served all our purposes - everyone in their own comfortable room, big kitchen for everyone to meal prep in. It was a convenient location as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We had a group of 9 girls and we all slept very comfortably. The house is right across from a big park that was wonderful! In a very safe and quiet area. I would most definitely stay here again. Breanna was very easy to get in touch with and even let us check in a little early once the house was clean. Highly recommend for a family or group of people.

It was great. The outside of the property needed some TLC. The grass was overgrown and there were spider webs all over the front door area. Other than that, it was great.

Had an excellent stay here in Olde Town. It was a real treat to have so much room to spread out and Brenna was quick to respond! Hope to stay here aging the next time we’re in Denver.

We came to go to a wedding and stayed at your home: very comfortable great amenities and location.The boat is super responsive and accommodation. The only reason we did not rat 5 stars in one of th bedrooms had long blonde on the covers.

The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again if we are back int he area. Olde Town Arvada was also charming and a mile down the road which was an added plus.

We brought 9 adults to stay at this property. The home was exactly what we needed with plenty of space for everyone. There is a great park across the street for walks. It is close to plenty of amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to operate out of. Overall, it was a great stay.

We had a great stay! The house is near several of food options, trails, parks and shopping. The home is well stocked, clean and the beds are comfy. My friends and I had plenty of room to spread out but also gather to laugh and have good conversation.

This property was great for my husband & I with our dog for nearly a month. Close to our kids & grandkids with our own space. We were able to have our other adult children visit for short stays during our trip. The location to Olde Town, restaurants, shopping, parks & highways were a great bonus. Communication with the host was excellent.

The property is in great condition and so cute. Had everything we needed for our stay. Owners communicated well. The property is on a street corner but it is not busy and it is easy to turn around in the driveway. Would stay again.

The location was great, only 20 minutes from downtown Denver. Arvada was really nice with lots of restaurants and Olde Arvada was fun to shop and eat at. The house was great with lots of room. There was 6 of us, vacationing for a long weekend, close to the mountain towns and family in Denver. We would stay again when in Denver.
