Luxurious Galena Territory 5 Bedroom home, Hot Tub, Firepit

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Maintenance is needed. Lots of little things need fixed for the price you’re paying. Unfortunately, it rained the majority of our trip and the roof leaked on the stairs to the downstairs bedrooms making them slippery and a fall hazard. The roof also leaked down behind the tv. The front door dead bolt was broke leaving the door unusable in the case of an emergency. There were gaps in some of the flooring. Some of the jets did not work in the hot tub and it was missing 2 neck pillows. The sliding glass door handle had been repaired with two long bolts which people were scraping their hands on. There is only enough seating for four in the living room. The owner did apologize for our inconvenience but no other care was shown.

My friends and an amazing stay in Galena! The house was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the AC worked great for the hot weekend we were there. We loved using the pool and one day we rented a pontoon nearby on Lake Galena. I would highly recommend this stay!

The house was perfect and clean. We loved the deck and was able to enjoy the beautiful weather.

We loved the location and property, but had a few minor suggestions to improve the home. There is a keurig coffee maker, but no pods provided. No kleenex anywhere in the home, and no trash cans in the bedrooms. The hot tub jets on the bottom do not work at all, and there are nlips to lock the cover down. Overall, very nice.

The property is nice. Totally surrounded by trees. When we arrived one of the toilets did not flush. Management could not fix until next morning. This affected the first night as the group is their 70s and there were two bathrooms for four bedrooms. If you used the one that worked you would of woke up the people sleeping. So the ladies had to go up a Huge flight of stairs in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The kitchen area where the table is the window treatment is not good. The sun comes in the windows in the afternoon and was quite hot in the afternoon. We lowered the air but took a while to get it cooled

We did a motorcycle trip with friends and family to Galena and stayed in this beautiful home. Very open floor plan to hang out with everyone and loved the 4 bedrooms in lower level with two Jack and Jill bathrooms. Jacuzzi was nice and the neighborhood very quite. We would stay here again.

This was a delightful home just about a 10-15 minute drive from Main Street downtown Galena. It was large enough for our group and had every amenity we needed. We were disappointed we couldn't use the fireplace on a chilly evening, but we enjoyed the hot tub!
