Stayed Jul 23, 2025Our party was 4 adults and 4 small children with a boat. The home is very kid friendly and there wasn’t any concerns with delicate items in the home. We had very easy access with a medium sized bay boat utilizing the canal and dock. Very quiet neighborhood and there wasn’t any loud music late at night or any other concerns. Close to multiple restaurants and beaches. The Homeowner communicated very well and made the process easy. I would definitely book again!

Stayed May 31, 2025You will not be disappointed! This home has everything you need, yet is located close to anything you want! The owner has meticulously maintained this home and he is very proactive and responsive. We had no issues at all, and while we are avid beach goers, I could have spent the whole week right there at the house and been perfectly content. Thank you for a great week!

Stayed Mar 19, 2025The location was perfect location to get to the beaches quickly yet off island enough to not have todeal with the traffic. Exceptional pool area to hang out, play games and get a tan. We will be back!

Stayed Dec 22, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for cooking or just hanging out by the pool. The pool remodel was great and we loved that we were able to heat the pool. We rented a boat for the week and the dock had ample space and was easy to use. We would recommend this rental and would come back!

Stayed Apr 26, 2024We have just returned from a fantastic stay at this property. It is perfectly located just minutes from Anna Maria Island yet close enough to supermarkets and restaurants of Bradenton. The pool area is peaceful and overlooks the inland water ways which is very cool. There are all modern appliances and plenty of kitchen utensils if dining in is your thing. This is a great base to explore from and we will definitely be back.

The house was beautifully decorated and very convenient with the amenities it had to offer. Well stocked kitchen for cooking needs. Very comfortable beds. We hope to return!!

Stayed Jan 5, 2024My family stayed at this beautiful canal front home that was decorated with beautiful beach decor and had modern furnishings. The check-in process was seamless, setting the tone for a hassle-free vacation. The layout of the house featured an open concept design allowing for a clear view from the front living area to the backyard pool and canal, creating a perfect atmosphere. Evenings in the enclosed screened patio, equipped with a bbq was a delight for grilling, and mornings were a joy with breakfast in this serene space. The outdoor area was a paradise in itself, complete with a charming atmosphere and ample poolside seating and lounging. We also had lots of fun playing ping pong and swimming. The location was ideal, just minutes away from the sandy beaches and grocery stores. There is a large kitchen with a massive granite island, and stainless steel appliances, which were standout features. It was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The two comfortable king beds along with the two full beds were a huge bonus as well. Richard was an amazing host. His attention to detail, commitment to his guests, and his excellent communication ensured us a memorable stay. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend!
