Our house is centrally located in Reykjavik area in a nice and calm neighbourhood, only 7 km away from the Reykjavik city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house. Smáralind Shopping mall is close by, Gym and the local Swimming pool is also not far away.

Our house is on 2 floors, you enter the house on the upper floor, there you have two spacious bedrooms, both with Queen size beds (160x200cm) , nice bathroom with bathtub and shower, our kitchen is fullyloaded with everything you need, spacious dining area and living room with nice fireplace and balcony where you can enjoy the view over the city. Superb location to enjoy the fireworks over the New Years. In the lower level we have TV room and the master bedroom with King size bed (180x200cm) and bathroom ensuite.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 150 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
