Just arrived back home after a fabulous week in La Jolla, CA. Our stay was amazing— plenty of room for my family, well stocked kitchen with plenty of kitchen supplies and an incredible location to the beach! I’m so happy we found this VRBO!! Can’t wait to return!

Great place in a great location!

Absolutely beautiful, upscale, updated property. Cozy gas fireplaces, huge modern well-stocked kitchen, and attractive furnishings. Plenty of space for everyone, loved the private inner courtyard and greenery. Super short walk to the gorgeous La Jolla coastline. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Truly one of my favorite VRBOs ever- and I have stayed at a lot!

AMAZING HOUSE! Great vibes for a girls trip. Location is great for beach walks or if you want to go grab a bite to eat. Julie was so nice and easy to communicate. What a great weekend to see San Diego.

The house was perfect for our group of 6. Each couple had their own area. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house has several sitting areas inside and out including the main patio that had a ping pong table which was popular with our group. The house is in a great location just a short walk to the ocean and to several restaurants. A lovely home that we would not hesitate to rent again.

Just love this house. Our family has stayed at the beautiful La Jolla house three times. So clean so much room and so close to the beach. The hosts is so nice and easy to work with. Excite to rent the house again in the future.

Everything was perfect from checking in to check out. Julia was communicative and super helpful with everything to ensure our stay was seamless. The house was a short walk to the beach and the house was warm inviting and very clean. If we are in San Diego in the future this is our go to spot for sure! The games for the kiddos were a great touch! The hot tub had a slight issue and Julia was quick to get the repair guy out to fix it! Definitely can't go wrong booking this beautiful home!

Beautiful property with lots of room for our family. Super close to the beach, a gourmet grocery and places to eat. We were so grateful to celebrate our daughter's graduation from USCD in such as nice place. THANK YOU!!!

We highly recommend this property! Very clean and well kept. The owners are very helpful and made it easy to use the amenities. You can’t beat the location and comfort of the house. If you have a need for a larger group this place works well.

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful home to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from USD. The directions for check in were easy to follow and our hostess Julia communicated with us right away and was helpful in answering our many questions. The house fit the 7 of us perfectly and we enjoyed eating out on the patio everyday and the hot tub is a nice touch. We loved the proximity to the ocean and there is beach gear at your disposal that we didn’t get to use and bikes too for your convenience. All the beds inside the home were very comfortable and you will like the decor. The only suggestion would be to get a more comfortable mattress for the cabana. Other than that, don’t hesitate to book this lovely home.

The house was so well appointed. My adult daughters and their spouses were so happy with the home. It had everything you could imagine. The knives were sharp, the kitchen was easy to work in. We spent most of our time outside in the wonderful patio. The beach was great! One of our best stays! We will be returning.

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Everything we needed was there including items for the infant we had with us. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, bikes and the short walks to the beach for sunsets. There was also a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions and helped make our stay enjoyable. We would absolutely stay again!

The home is even better in person. It’s a perfect location with being walking distance to the beach and quick bike ride to the shops/restaurants. It was a perfect setup for a family trip. My in laws were very comfortable in the ground level cabana. The primary was very spacious with a large walk in closet. All the drawers and controls were well marked with notes and rules. We had a wonderful stay!

The property was perfect for the three couples in our family and we each had privacy. The shared indoor and outdoor spaces were great for cooking, dining and relaxing.

Wonderful stay at this cute La Jolla house. My family really enjoyed the house so close to the cove. The host is so on top of it and so easy to work with. This is our family second time staying at this house.

Wonderful stay - I could live there full time! Nice easy walk to the beach. Well appointed with beach chairs and beach toys. Kids toys and books as well. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Highly recommend this property. A short walk to the beach and to several eateries and a nice market. The house is larger than it appears from the front view. The beds are comfy with plenty of pillows. Great kitchen with everything you could need. The games and books are a nice touch. I wish I had been able to stay longer. Thank you Julia.

We just finished a wonderful stay at this fabulous house in La Jolla, and we can't say enough good things about the location, the house, and the host. An easy 25 minute drive from the airport in San Diego, this house has all that we could ask for--very cozy and comfy feel, lovely areas for our family to gather, a wonderfully up-to-date and fully functional kitchen, a garage for our car, 4 bikes, a beautiful and well maintained outdoor hot tub in a pretty courtyard, very comfortable bed rooms, a close 1/2 block walk to the beach and a 20-minute walk to town, and a very accessible, friendly, and helpful host. We look forward to returning!

Awesome house to host our family for Thanksgiving! The kitchen is amazing-spacious with so many cooking pans, pots and utensils. Having the kitchen open into the family room-allowed us to watch football while we prepped the meal. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located near so many wonderful restaurants. The extras-such as hot tub, ping pong and fire pit made the stay that much more enjoyable. The walk to La Jolla cove is so beautiful. Sunsets are breathtaking! Had a fabulous 9 day stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Julia!

Excellent accommodation’s! The place was clean and the location, two blocks from the beach, was wonderful. No doubt we will stay there again.

Close to beach, less than a block away. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas available. Amenities are close by - CVS, Grocery Store, eateries, etc). Lots of quick places to eat (cafe, tacos, bar) within walking distance. Property was awesome, super clean and comfortable. Roomy and everyone had their privacy and space. Washer/dryer a plus. Hot Tub was highlight for the group. We enjoyed staying at this home! Would definitely recommend.

First, Julia was a pleasure to work with and the communication exchanges were always top notch. We were a three generation family of eight, ages from 3 to 75, and the home was perfect for us - spacious, beautifully furnished, countless little touches, abundant recreational options (bikes, boards, games, etc.), and a short walk to a beautiful beach. The kitchen was great (we are foodies to a fault). The garage was useful but most of the time we found spots on the street in front of the house. The outdoor patio was a great family hangout and BBQ area. In sum, whenever we return to the area, this house will be our first choice.
