Luxurious 4 Bedroom Home in Heart of Historic Madison's Downtown

We had a great stay with quality family time.

Fabulous decor throughout the home with custom finishes, comfy beds, plenty of linens. Loved our chef prepared dinner - Vanessa was Wonderful Everyone in our group was over 70, so the one and only problem was the steep staircase to the bedrooms. One who couldn’t make the stairs was able to sleep on the couch (full bath on first level)Right off Main Street - short walk to shops and restaurants. Riverfront also in walking distance (even for some of us Seniors).

This beautiful historic home is well appointed and very elegant. It is in the heart of downtown and walking distance to just about everything. I highly recommend this property.

The Fashion house is the most emasculate and beautiful place I have ever stayed. It has been lovingly decorated by the hosts with so much taste and elegance. We loved just enjoying each other is such a lovely space and meandering through Madison. Thanks for a great stay!

House was beautiful and exactly as described. Todd met us at the promised check in time and walked us through the house to show us everything. We were there for a funeral and the house was perfect to be able to visit with family. Walking distance to Main Street and just a great location.

We could not have asked for a better place for our girls trip! The house is absolutely beautiful and Todd was a huge help with suggestions for our stay. We loved the all house music!! The location of the Fashion House is perfection...we walked everywhere! Madison was a charming town and captured our hearts...just like the Fashion House did!!

Such the perfect spot to enjoy with family of 12 sharing in 80th birthday celebration! This house and all it's historical elements added a uniqueness not experienced elsewhere! We walked and shopped, sampled wine, ate at Red Pepper and Mad Paddle, and thoroughly enjoyed everything! We would've LOVED to have scheduled a narrated trolley ride through town but that's for another time!

Perfect location! Plenty of room for our big family. Our opinion was, that the beds were plenty comfortable. The house was very clean. Our only thing we would have liked to have had was a TV downstairs where everyone could enjoy it and not interfere with anyone sleeping upstairs. Thanks

Rented this for a surprise 65th birthday and weekend getaway. This place is beyond beautiful. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Madison. Todd the host is very responsive and kind. The only downside are the stairs to get to the bedrooms and family room area, which is my fault for being out of shape, but so worth it.

6 ladies enjoyed our stay at the Fashion House. The house was wonderful. It felt like staying at a fancy boutique hotel. We loved the location. The house was walking distance to everything we did. The owners were awesome and got back to me very quickly. We ended up arriving prior to when I originally told them, but they still accommodated us.

Home was the perfect setting for our yearly girl’s get together!

A group of my 10 girlfriends were celebrating our triple 20 (60th)birthdays. This property was perfect! Great location, beautifully decorated plenty of beds, clean and lots of conversation space! 10 out of 10!

The house is stunning. Very well decorated and completely outfitted for our stay. The kitchen had everything you could need. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would highly recommended the property.

The house is exactly as described. It’s just beautiful, smells lovely, and had music playing when we arrived. Kitchen is nicely stocked (although we didn’t cook), it appeared to have the necessary items. Was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bed was very comfortable. Probably our only tip was the shower, although nice a roomy, had slightly low water pressure, nothing worth being upset about though. Unfortunately I became ill and we only got to stay over night one night out of two, the owner graciously offered us to come back after the holidays and get our second night in. How nice is that! The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown. We will most definitely come back. Thanks Todd!

This is a beautiful house and very well equipped. Alert - all the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with is up 25 steps - straight up! The 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor are not connected to any of the bedrooms and are right next to each other. So - unusual. Wonderful location- easy party - comfortable beds. We did put some of the breakable decorations in a safer place because of our little ones. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

We had a lovely time. The Fashion House is stunning from top to bottom. It was well appointed and our Host couldn't have been more gracious. Looking forward to booking a long weekend there next year!

We are a group of older ladies. Some complained that the lighting was not bright enough & that there were no bedside tables with lamps where you could read or wouldn’t have to go across the room to turn off the lights. Another inconvenience was that there were not enough hooks in the bathrooms for your clothes when bathing. However, besides the minor inconveniences, the house was beautiful and very very clean. Anything that we needed was provided by the owner right away. They were very accommodating

Excellent stay with family and friends. Spacious rooms, set up very well for our group needs, walking around town, close to many shops and restaurants. We hiked Clifty Falls, enjoyed the car show, window shopping. Great town & easily welcome to visitors. estaurants

We were a group of 8 women. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is convenient for walking to various locations. The hosts were very responsive with questions. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Todd and Mary Beth were wonderful hosts and the house was not only beautiful but it's location is great if you enjoy exploring Madison on foot. So close to everything. Would definitely stay there again!
