Stayed Nov 7, 2025The house was very nice and in a good location. A bus stop is very close, otherwise the metro subway is only about a 15 minute walk (and right near a Trader Joe's). Everything was clean and comfortable and Annie was very responsive when we contacted her with a few questions. Overall a very nice experience for my wife, three children, and myself.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Our entire family enjoyed our stay! Everything was as pictured. Kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was clean. Location is great. Depending on your activity level, it is walkable to many tourist sites, including the Capital. Scooter and bikes readily available. Walkable to numerous stores and restaurants. Safe area. Our kids even got to play basketball with some kids at a nearby school. Only thing to be aware of is the water can get scalding hot. We all would like to return again! Great hostess and communication

Stayed Apr 7, 2025My wife, two teenage children, and I stayed here for a week of sightseeing in DC. It was perfect. The house is a short Uber ride away from all the sights. The house was cozy and well stocked. Host was communicative and helpful. We loved staying here and would happily return. Master bathroom shower is 10/10! Thanks for a great stay.

It was renovated and decorated nicely with a beautiful and very functional kitchen, impressive bathrooms (we loved the sky lights!), and a clean homey feel. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Their responsiveness made our trip extra special. I highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Sep 8, 2024We stayed here to see the sights in D.C. and to attend a sports event in Virginia. The location is close to the sights in D.C. and it was a fairly easy drive to Virginia. The home is clean with new floors, tile, etc. Very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The back deck has a nice view and was great for breakfast and sitting out in the evenings.
