Stayed May 24, 2025Our family visited NYC during Memorial weekend and we stayed at this property. It was such a pleasant experience. The whole place felt very clean, calm and comfortable. Host was very accommodating to our check in time and was quick to respond! Location was great as we took the PATH line to get to the city it was only about a 14 min walk to the station. Would recommend and would stay here again if possible.

Stayed May 3, 2025What we loved the most was the location - its proximity to India Square was something we were thrilled about. Additionally, the hosts were very cordial and accommodating to all our requests, including the request to park a rental vehicle in the garage throughout the duration of the stay. Furthermore, what was very surprising, and a comfort for the family, was the availability of bidets - something you may want to consider, if you have family visiting from places such as India.The only challenge was that the property is located on the 3rd floor, i.e., one has to climb 2 flights of stairs (1 external and 1 internal) to get to the rental unit. This was not evidently written in the description of the listing and was a challenge for our 65 yr. old parents to go up and down all the time. However, the hosts did promise to make it clearer on the listing next time around.Overall, a great stay and we highly recommend this place for 6 individuals.
