Luxurious 2-BR. 3-BTH. house in the heart of Studio City with garage & laundry

The owners were very responsive and the check in and out procedures easy.The accommodations were very nice with new appliances, good beds and TVs. The only drawback was the location on a busy corner that was quite noisy due to traffic. Although there was garage parking, it was a little tricky to get out of the driveway due to traffic. Also the skylight in the bedroom made it difficult to sleep past 5:45 am.

This home was convenient to everything we needed in LA. It was comfortable, quiet, spacious, and homey. The host responded quickly and the neighborhood has anything you need.With a couple and one other, we had privacy and a great space to hang out together.I would absolutely stay here when coming back to LA.

We just loved this place. Great location, very clean, lots of space. Very cool and modern. Host was easy to contact.I rarely give all 5 star reviews but this place deserves the high ranking.

This is literally the perfect home for a really nice couples get away. The home is beautiful, the location is so fun and centralized you could easily spend the whole time there just walking down Ventura to all of the great places to eat and shop. But, if you are a family you're minutes from so much fun and the second bed and bathroom are just as nice as the master. The host was excellent, helpful and nice, zero crazy demands for clean up. This gorgeous place is such great value, it's making us look for another reason to go right back out to Cali!We'll be booking this amazing place again soon.

I highly recommend this property. It's been freshly remodeled with a sleek contemporary vibe. It's stocked with all the household accessories that you’d need. It's incredibly close to a very walkable and trendy main boulevard with countless dining, shopping and fitness options. The host - one of the most welcoming and responsive hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with - replied to every single message with promptness and professionalism. We simply loved our stay here, and it’s the first place I’ll seek to stay at the next time I’m planning to be in the LA area.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Rooms were spacious and appliances were new. It definitely met our needs and our host responded quickly to any questions we had. It was located conveniently near restaurants and stores. Will definitely consider this house on return visits if available.
