Luxe Waterfront Oasis w/ Dock, Heated Pool & Spa!

Beautiful home with lots of space and very clean.

Beautiful property, well equipped kitchen, all the comforts home. The family enjoyed fishing on the dock and gathering in the lanai and beautiful pool. The manager kept us updated on check in and provided additional information on activities. It was a great experience.

Overall our stay was very good! We enjoyed the pool, the couch was very comfortable and there was plenty of room if someone needed some quiet time. The owner was very easy to work with when the refrigerator went out on day 2. However, that meant we spent a week using 2 small refrigerators and had to limit groceries. There needed to be a pool skimmer available for use, there were lots of gnats in the pool each day and no way to remove them. The house was clean & well stocked. We were surprised to see that items were left from the previous renters, food in the pantry & gin in the freezer. This is very unusual, in our experience. There was a fantastic guide that helped answer a lot of questions. The bathroom that leads directly to the pool needs some TLC. The paint is splotchy, there are holes in the drywall/plaster near the shower and a large chip out of the floor. There wasn’t a remote or pull cord for the outside fan; it would have been nice to be able to adjust the fan speed on our hot July days. This property has a lot of pros and just a few minor things that could be improved.

Not only is the house beautiful it is so thoughtfully laid out and stocked with everything you might need. The pool and sauna are amazing and the cage is great for enjoying the sun without the bugs. The fishing was pretty good off the dock we caught catfish, sheepshead and even a stingray! It’s a short drive to beautiful beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The house exceeded our expectations and Kim was an amazing thoughtful host! Moral of the story is BOOK IT!

This home is amazing. It fit our family perfectly. There are extra touches like robes in the master bathroom and extra towels to use at the pool that just show that the owner put extra thought into those using the home. Kim is very thoughtful and responds to questions very quickly. My husband and I enjoyed the schools of fish that came into the canal every morning to feed. The sound system throughout the home made playing games on the lanai or in the dining room very enjoyable for our family. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet and safe which is just what our family needed for our family vacation.

This house was amazing! We stayed with our 6 kids and had a wonderful time. The hosts were the best, check in was super easy. Would definitely stay there again!

The home was beautiful and the best part is the pool area over looking the canal. Beautiful sunsets. Kim offered exceptional service and went above and beyond to provide us with beach equipment for the 6 of us. We would rent this home again.

Our recent vacation was a perfect relaxing getaway! The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and having beach towels available was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa, which we used daily and Kim checked in with us often. It was a short drive to several beaches and stores, outlets, etc. The area felt safe and quiet, and it was conveniently located less than five minutes away from groceries, gas, and fast food—exactly what we needed after our late-night flight landed.We had a great stay and would definitely love to return!

We were extremely impressed with this home. The host was very helpful, house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was used extensively by the grandkids.

We enjoyed this beautiful slice of heaven in the Port Charlotte area. Although it takes 10-15 minutes to get to different attractions, it also added to our experience as we never felt like we were in a rat race spring break area like so many other places in Florida are. The home is beautiful, well kept, and in a great location. There is a place to fish off the dock, a beautiful screened in pool, and spacious home. Many fine details were attended to by the host giving such a warm welcome. I would highly recommend this property to others.

We rented this lovely home to be nearby other family in the area during our stay. The home is clean and well equipped for a relaxing stay. Plenty of space to spread out to relax, play games, etc. Our granddaughters adored the pool and spa. The location is great for access to beaches and restaurants. We did not take advantage of the dock and boat lift, but this is an excellent location for boaters. The only suggestion we have for the owner is to add some unbreakable dinnerware for enjoying meals on the patio without having to use disposable paper products.

This is a beautiful home with a great location. It comes with everything you could need. Just bring your clothes everything else is provided. Heated pool and hot tub were really nice. They even had fishing poles and tackle and fishing from seawall was fun. Everything in the house was in great working condition. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Host was very easy to reach and responed immediatly. give host 5 plus stars to Kim

This is a very nice property with water, pool and spa. Well stocked and ready with simple instructions. The best part, though is the host. Kim is the best of anyone I've worked with in a VRBO deal. The best.

Our trip was excellent and Kim was very quick to communicate with me on anything we needed to sort. The house was clean and very well equipped. Our only issue with the property was the TV package. We were not able to get much at all in the way of sports such as NFL football, hockey, college football, etc. We were also not able to get much in the way of regular television networks such as local CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN etc. instead it was a large variety of generic World News channels, etc. We were able use Netflix as we had an account and we could use Prime as that was already signed on to by the property manager.

Beautiful home! Very clean, organized and fully equipped home. This was a last minute vacation (home away from home), and we are very glad we decided on this home. The host was very attentive and helped us find a great activity perfect for our family. Would definitely return and highly recommend.
