Luxe townhome with amazing ocean & mountain views - walk to beach & downtown

This property had everything you could think of for a great vacation on the coast. We enjoyed walking to the beach, sunsets and coffee on the deck, and all the amenities of the local area. Hope to stay here again someday!

This is a great rental property. They really thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. It was very clean and well maintained. We liked the location as well, a short drive to the major attractions but not as crazy as some of the bigger resort areas. Walkable to the beach with a great view from the deck as well. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again some day.

Thank you for the generous gift basket celebrating what turned out to be the 100th stay here. Immaculate, light, roomy, beautifully decorated, and a stunning view. We all loved being able to just walk to the beach. We had gorgeous weather to boot.

We were blown away by the beauty of this home! Such thoughtful design including space use, decor, and furniture selections. We hosted our adult kids, plenty of room for all 6 adults. The amazing ocean view was a surprising treat! We all want to come back again soon.

This townhome is magnificent. The views are spectacular (and the beach is just a short walk away down a lovely wooded path). The amenities are top-notch. The appliances are high-end and the kitchen well-stocked. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to coming back again!

Loved our last minute 3 night stay, would have extended if it was available. Beautiful & peaceful tree, mountain and beach/waves views with bird and ocean waves song. High end remodel, comfy beds & linens. Great waterfall tub filler in the lower level bathroom. Only compliant is that many light bulbs need to be replaced with dimmable and/or warm light bulbs. For example the beautiful DR ‘Boat light’ overly bright ON but flickers if you use the dimmer switch, Kitchen canned lights flicker when ON. Would like to return for a longer fall/winter stay and hope lighting issues are addressed.

Lovely view. Clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. A first-class property. Many extras not usually found in beach rentals.

Try to imagine serene and majestic at the same time. That is exactly how I would describe the view from The Eagle's Perch. The deck was the perfect location to cuddle up with a blanket, good book, and cup of coffee while watching the waves roll to shore in the morning. And at night, it was an equally perfect location to view the sunset and stargaze with a glass of Oregon wine. We came to the conclusion that Manzanita is the ideal location for exploring the northern Oregon coast because of its proximity to Cannon Beach to the north, and Tillamook to the south. Manzanita is a charming town with a lovely beach for watching sunsets and offers a nice selection of great restaurants. The townhouse is impeccably clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The owners have done everything possible to make it the perfect vacation getaway. They paid attention to all the details when making choices - high quality bedding, appliances, and beautiful furnishings. At the end of the week, it was hard to leave, but we look forward to returning again!

Home is very nice! Clean, bright and airy. Modern but yet cozy. Location is peaceful with a lovely view. Only issue was getting propane for the bbq. The description reads that it is electric but it isn’t and the propane tank was nearly empty. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

Our recent stay at The Eagle's Perch was perfect in every way - the weather, the views, the access to nature, and most importantly, the memories that were created in this very special sanctuary. We will return for sure - and can't wait to do so!

Beautiful coastal home nestled in Manzanita with incredible views. Perfectly appointed, well stocked and had everything we needed and all the space we needed for our family vacation getaway to the Coast. Loved the deck for morning coffee and family dinners. It was perfect in all ways and we will book again!

The views from the house were one of the highlights of our trip. Short walk to beach and town. Great home base for our week exploring the Northern Oregon coast.

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a great view from the deck

The pictures to this house do not do it justice. The house was so clean and nicely decorated. The flow was great with the downstairs for kids and upstairs for adults. The ping pong table was a huge bonus. Location was fantastic and walkable to the cute town. We can't wait to come back.

My friends and I just returned from an incredible stay at this breathtaking Oregon Coast vacation rental. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unparalleled ocean views and the beautiful home. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very light, bright and squeaky clean. The furnishings are top of the line and nicer than anything we own. The kitchen is very well stocked with gourmet pots and pans! They really thought of everything. Sitting out on the deck and taking in the beach and ocean were amazing. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!!
