TV's are located in each bedroom and Guest house.

All House Rules are listed in the Vacation Rental Agreement as well as our Welcome Guide all rules are strictly enforced. They are common sense items but have the need to spell it all out(mostly since every rule has been born from someone doing something stupid : )

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

Total of 4 ensuite bedrooms! 3 Bedrooms/ 3 full baths in the main home. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath. There is also a detached guest/pool house with an additional studio and en-suite bath. The guest house has a kitchenette as well.(This home is listed with and without the guesthouse- see listing ID 2791676 for only the main home)
