Stayed Jan 30, 2026Very clean and convenient location the hot tub was great and very nice being so close to downtown boyne city. Do wish there where more cleaning supplies such as sponges and scrubbers for dishware since a checkout requirement is to clean any dishes

Stayed Oct 12, 2025We had a very nice anniversary stay in October. We took a lot of drives looking ay the beautiful fall colors. The house was cozy,we used the hot tub daily, and just relaxed. We cooked our meals there and the bed was very comfortable. Its a short walk to the lake with a few cute paths to follow along a little stream.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025We found the house to be very clean and nicely updated, it was a comfortable walk downtown to Boyne City for food and coffee. The location is convenient for exploring Northern Michigan around the lake in the summertime.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025The highlights of this property is the proximity to skiing and hot tub. The downside is the lack of dishwasher and garbage disposal. The 2nd level is a cute attic-like space with 2 bedrooms & full bath, but it is about 5 degrees cooler than the main level in winter. Recommendations: a.) relocate the smoke alarm in kitchen to avoid constant alarms, b.) add lightbulbs to cleaning checklist. Overall, the property was clean upon arrival with a few spots of minor damage from previous guests. The beds were comfy, hot water was good, kitchen supplies were limited but functional, and there is a washer/dryer in basement (did not use). Mother Nature delivered some snow and the short driveway was plowed within a few hours. Thank you for a nice stay. Best wishes with your rental property.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Will start with the only negative since positives are longer. Stayed week of Thanksgiving and there was still a portable air conditioner vent in the upstairs window which was screwed in. It made the upstairs very cold. But we bought a screw driver and took it out for our stay.The place was great for 4 of us. The kitchen

Stayed Oct 31, 2024First time in this area to do wine tasting for the weekend. We liked the location of the house, 1/2 mile outside downtown Boyne City. House was nicely appointed. Kitchen was small, one wall, no dishwasher. Upstairs bathroom was small, needs more towel rods or hooks. Dining room was nice size and living rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024The property is as described. Check in super easy. Stairs going up to the two bedrooms were a little steep and with no hand rail which made it a little tricky for my elderly aunts. Maybe an additional towel rack in the upstairs bathroom would be beneficial especially when you have multiple people staying there. It was a great location clean and beds and pillows were super comfortable.
