Luxe + Modern Beachfront Home With Stunning Ocean Views

First of all our family of 15 had a thoroughly enjoyable week at this house. It was large and well laid out for our needs. I would highly recommend this place to others. However, I felt that there property description was a little deceptive. Unlike 99% of the coastline in Florida which is Beach, this property has a very rocky beachfront. Our children loved it! But it is not your traditional Florida shoreline. The property description does not point this out, nor are there any photos of this. I believe the property managers should embrace this and show this up front. There were some other issues that I would classify as either normal maintenance or things that they could attend to. The main windows in the living room looking out over the ocean really need cleaning. There were a couple of minor things that were broken. The big one was that the AC broke down and we had to wait most of Monday for the repairman to come out. This didn't really impact much of our schedule, but could have. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the place. We are considering coming back next year.

The house was spacious and beautiful, 3 stories with an elevator. New construction. New appliances. The house was well stocked with towels, blankets, cookware, kitchenware, blow dryer, . There were no beach chairs, beach towels or beach toys. The only HUGE problem is that the beach in front of the house is very dangerous to swim in because the entrance is full of large rocks. It is impossible for children to enter it. The waves are notoriously rough on the east coast and the way they crash onto the rocky entrance at this beach is just too dangerous to swim in. However, there is a wonderful pool and club house just next to the house that you will have access to and there is a wonderful beach 1 mile north which you can drive to and enjoy. Lastly, the beach, with its huge rocks, is really a unique coastline and beautiful to see how it changes with the high and low tides. Though difficult to acces the beach from the house as you have to walk

Property was really nice, new and clean. It would have been a little better to be closer to the ocean and if the ocean was not full of rocks making it not able for the kids to swim at that location. (other beaches were nearby). Sunday we called the property management about a couple of issues. Maintenance was there to fix some of them on Tuesday which was okay but we reported the freezer not able to completely freeze ice and ice cream, the ice maker never worked. we were told they need to call the appliance repair person and we reminded the maintenance person on Tuesday and he told us the same thing. We never saw the appliance person. I would think that the refrigerator/freezer would be something important that the management would want to be repaired instantly but they did not see it as a priority.
