Stayed Sep 19, 2025We enjoyed our stay in Portsmouth! The weather was beautiful and we remained outside by the pool the majority of the time. The host was very accommodating and took care of our every need. Green Lake is a special place to watch the birds and to just relax

Stayed Sep 5, 2025We had a good time. I wish the weather would have been a little better. We had two days of sunshine. We had couple of issues but the owners was quick to take care of them. The home is beautiful and a great layout. Outside was set up for family activities. Very nice. Gazebo was set up with furniture and a tv, it was also screened in. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025We had the most wonderful stay at Lisa and Terry’s beautiful Lake House! From the moment we arrived, they were so kind and welcoming. The home was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.Our toddler especially loved the pool—it was such a fun highlight of our trip! We also really enjoyed cozy evenings by the fireplace making s’mores, and the screened-in patio was the perfect spot for quiet mornings.The dock area by the lake had the most breathtaking view—it was absolutely serene.We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly escape. Thank you, Lisa and Terry, for making our stay so special—we can’t wait to come back!

Stayed May 8, 2025Our family stayed in the beautiful lake home over a long weekend for our granddaughter's graduation from ODU. This home is in a great location, is well-appointed, very clean, and accommodated our needs perfectly. The great hosts have thought of everything to make your stay extremely comfortable and stress free. you can fish in the beautiful and clean lake, and being able to enjoy the pool during the summer months would be icing on the cake. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and would recommend it to others.
