Luxe Getaway w/ Riverfront Views in Grants Pass!

We absolutely love it here. They are so stocked on essentials. The home is gorgeous and all of the beds are comfortable. Neighbors are great and The host Gigi is awesome. Always responds if needed.

Great location overlooking the Rogue River. Pool water was a bit too chilly to use the pool in late September. An easy drive to wineries to the south of town and to the Oregon Caves National Park. Nice kitchen and outside deck for grilling and cooking for our group of eight 70 yr olds. Be aware there are 16 stair steps to get in the front door from the driveway, the same to the pool area. Two King bed suites on the main floor and three King bed suites on 3rd floor.

We loved the pool and the river front location. The house was nice but lots of light bulbs were burned out, rather odd. A note that certain features didn't work (ie trash compactor) would have been nice. The spaces were fantastic for our family to spread out and enjoy one another. The fridge was quite dirty when we arrived. Would have been nice if it was wiped out between users. But we loved, loved the pool. It was perfect for the little ones with the gentle wade in ramp.

The house and property were amazing. A gruop of ladies age 70 had our annual weekend get away here. We enjoyed the pool and just a place to relax and visit. As mentioned in the house description - there are a lot of stairs. For our age, that was a small drawback. But we made it work and loved our weekend.

Unfortunately there seems to be no pride in ownership. Barbecue was filthy & igniter didn't work.I spent at least 1hr. Cleaning. Upstairs jacuzzi doesn't work and didn't work last year when my son rented same house. Jacuzzi and pool are in need of many repairs,heater ,plaster and the pool had algae after 2days . Patio area didn't look like it had been swept for along time. Inside was dusty and dirty and trash can in downstairs bathroom had used baby diapers in trashcan. Overall the home is just worn and dirty .

Home was ideal for our family vacation that included 5 adults and 3 kids. Perfect kitchen for gathering and cooking. Pool and outside area provided endless hours of fun. Host was available if needed and communicated well. Return trip next year a high probability.

This is a very pretty place. We enjoyed Grants Pass. Nice restaurants, shops.

What an amazing house! A perfect location right on the Rouge River and a beautiful pool and spa which we took advantage of every day. Our host, Gayle was very helpful and when we had questions she responded immediately. I highly recommend this house!

We came for a wedding. The house was perfect for 6 couples. Loved that all bedrooms had king beds. The location was close to wedding venue. Great communication with our host. Weather was nice so we hung out by pool and spa. We had a wonderful weekend

5 of us spent 4 days relaxing in the hottub, watching the geese in the river, and playing games. No stress.

I stayed here with a work team on a project in Grant’s Pass. The location is gorgeous & peaceful but close to downtown. Great separation of space for work or extended family/friends but a very well out space for getting together. The riverfront view/beach was a beautiful backdrop. The owners were 100% available for any questions.

What a great place to stay! It had everything we needed plus more. The beds were absolutely perfect and comfortable. The views were great. The host was wonderful and very nice in giving more information when needed and was quick to respond. Will stay again in the future, if its available!

A home away from home. This house was beautiful and had all the things just like a hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

Empty beautiful with no personality and extremely understocked. Clearly a moneymaker but not set up for a customer experience. Constantly made aware that there are charges for anything left undone or left on. Start dishwasher, strip beds, start laundry? Yes, I would have helped anyway but the clearly nervous owner made it a worry. Would not rent again

We were in town for my neice's bat mitzvah and washed a house with space for all of the or of town guests to hang out. The house was perfect. My only complaint was a lack of soap and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and barely enough toilet paper for a group of 8 people

My guests and I were so happy we chose this home for a vacation while in Oregon. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate all of the Place settings for 8 of us. Every bed was so So comfortable. It’s very spacious and was very clean. The host was amazing and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this home for your stay.

We had a family memorial and all of our siblings and their spouses and two sons came to remember our wonderful brother Jack It was a weekend we will cherish

You won't regret renting this house. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Communication with the hostess was easy. Our grown children are married and every couple needs a separate room. Lots of living space for everyone. My 3 year old grand child was with us. The river and pool are pretty and also well fenced off so young children do not have easy access.

This house is amazing. Everyone who stayed for my 50th Birthday weekend loved the house. We can't wait ti do it again. Thank you!

Property was amazing and we had a great time. I still rate it a 5 however the BBQ couldnt be used due to neglect and it could use some window coverings in the upstairs master bedroom.

Wonderful property with a gorgeous view of the river and wild life, and great back yard for relaxing by the pool! Lots of spacious rooms and lots of amenities!

Gigi has the most beautiful home. It is everything the description shows and more. She’s very responsive very nice and the home is unbelievable and we absolutely love every thing about it. We will keep coming back as long as she keeps renting it.
