It was a great stay all around. The hosts are wonderful. They really went above and beyond. Great restaurant ideas, activities for kids, rainy day recs, surf spots, grocery delivery, plus quickly responses to house-related questions/issues. A++ The house layout worked perfectly for our family, which was my sister’s family of 4, my family of 3, and our parents. Interior design was chic, current, and very comfortable. The tile work in the bathrooms and kitchen didn’t appear gut renovated/new but clearly most of the house was and beautifully done. The pool plus basement full of kids toys and pool table kept the 3 kids happy even when it rained. There wasn’t a lot of room for our groceries but nice that they offered spices and lots of plates, quality appliances, etc. We were so grateful they had beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs -- super helpful. We have visited East Hampton many times but never tried this location. We liked it and found the drive to town not bad. Neighborhood is nice and street was easy to walk for exercise plus there’s a trail at the end of the street. Terrific stay. Thank you so much!

Property was very nice. Owner is amazing...so responsive and very helpful. They just want their guests to be happy. House has a lot of beach supplies and basic bathroom and kitchen mainstays which was very helpful. We had a great time and highly recommend!

It was perfect. The house was organized, well stocked and beautiful. My family and I loved it. The host checked in and if anything was missing would mail next day. We loved our stay.

This was a beautifully maintained property, stocked with all of the essentials needed to be a home away from home! Its in a great location close to town, a few minutes drive to the beach and just a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere all on its own! The host, Eric, was superb with communicating and was very helpful in offering a “things to do/places to visit” list. I travelled with my husband, mother-in-law and 5 children ranging from ages young adult to infant. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy both inside and outside of the property! I definitely recommend this property as we are already planning our trip back!

My family (4 adults and 4 kids b/w 4 mos. and 5 yrs) spent a week at the property and had a truly awesome time. The property is a rare perfect blend of being both kid and adult friendly and Eric was an awesome host. Everything that you could need/want for kids is on hand both indoors/outdoors and amenities for the adults are great. House is beautiful on a great street, very close to town. Eric was a fantastic host - really made us feel at home and was super helpful throughout our stay. Having rented at a number of Hamptons locations, I very highly recommend!

Spent 8 nights at this beautiful home in East Hampton. The house was perfect for 8 adults and two infants (12 & 20 months). The home is fully renovated with state of the art appliances, sound system, Wi Fi and TV. The property has a gorgeous backyard with an awesome pool, fire pit and kids playground. And it’s close to town! Our host Eric was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

Eric was a fantastic host. The property and home were immaculate and Eric was accommodating and inviting. The house is the perfect location from great food, shopping and the beach. My family and I will certainly be booking with him again!

What a truly perfect week in the Hamptons! From days spent swimming in the pool, lounging at the beach, only minutes away, to slow evenings dining al fresco and barbecuing on the grill. All details and appliances were in impeccable condition and the home was perfectly comfortable and inviting, it almost felt as if we were at a home away from home. Markets, farm stands, and restaurants were all close by and Eric had wonderful recommendations ready for us as well, for the kids as well. Eric was attentive and immediately responsive and we felt very well taken care of. We can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely holiday! The property is perfect, spacious, quiet and and in a great location with so many beautiful places within a short drive. The house is great, with everything you could wish for and so many little touches provided that you didn’t even know you needed. Communication with the host was spot-on and super helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning for our little slice of Hamptons heaven.
