A gated entry opens to an immaculately landscaped front yard, completely enclosed by a privacy fence. Once inside, your breath will be taken away as you absorb this gorgeously crafted bohemian luxe retreat. Every detail, both indoors and out, works cohesively to create a one-of-a-kind experience, hand-curated by its discerning artist-owners. From the wood-beam ceilings to the ornate floor tiling, this home reads of sophisticated relaxation and whispers of whimsy.

Lanai and Courtyard: The home’s true pièce de ré·sis·tance is this open-access piazza off the living room, with bright, dramatic floor tiling, cast iron finishes, cozy gas fire pit, outdoor sofa, armchairs, and chaise lounges. Steps away, beautiful tiling ornately outlines a canyon blue pool, and the 6+ person spa bubbles under spectacular views of the mountains. Around the corner is a small private outdoor shower, just off the primary bedroom, while a gas BBQ and 6-person outdoor dining table wait just outside the kitchen door. Privacy walls, hedges, and lush greenery surround this calm, quiet, and private compound. Plenty of sun for poolside lounging and shady areas can be found on the property year-round.

Living Room: large gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and 55 TV. Sliding-glass access to lanai lounge and pool courtyard.

Dining Room: Dining table with bench and booth seating for 6+ persons. Lots of natural light, overhead chandelier, extra end-cap seating available.

Gourmet Kitchen: A fully loaded wide-galley masterpiece with stainless appliances including a 6-burner gas range and digitally controlled wine-chiller, patterned wood countertops, farm basin sink, hanging pot rack, indoor/outdoor pass-through bar window, and walk-out access to the grill, outdoor dining area, and pool courtyard. Everything you need to prepare and serve a fabulous meal is provided.

Primary Bedroom: Has a king-sized bed, a 33 TV, closet, walk-out access to pool, and a large en suite bathroom with a dazzling custom-tile shower.

Guest Bedroom/ Bathroom: Has a King-sized bed, a 33 TV, closet, reading nook, and en suite bath with glass shower.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 4 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee, which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28 nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however, you are responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book, and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.

    This is a beautiful home with real artistic flare. The pool and spa are fantastic and well maintained, enabling a truly relaxing break. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances to prepare whatever meal takes your fancy.Check in was very smooth.

    everything was excellent. I have never seen such a creative design and beautiful garden. these are very minor things, but it would be better to have a built-in make up mirror with a magnifying lens and outlets beside the beds.

    Private and nice neighborhood. Able to walk or short drive to shopping, dining, and attractions. Clean, comfortable, lovely home with a perfect layout. Bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen all modern and spacious. The pool and outdoor space was serene and we enjoyed afternoons lounging in the sun immensely, watching the hummingbirds hover over the desert flora.

The kitchen setup is superb for cooking with lots of utensils and a large sliding glass window allowing the PS breeze to come thru. Loved having coffee every morning by the fire in the cozy living room. Pool & sauna were fantastic. Quiet spot surrounded by orange trees. An oasis!!!

    We loved this property! Cozy, with great PS style! Two very comfortable king suites perfect for our getaway with friends. Pool was heated ready for our arrival.Great location to airport, restaurants and golf. 4stars for kitchen cleanliness since oven and oven mitts were dirty. We’d rent this property again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The the two bedroom bungalow that we rented was just the right fit for us. The house was located in a great neighbourhood, a few blocks from the amazing bagel place Townie’s. Close to downtown... walkable distance as well bike friendly paths to downtown. The house was well stocked and clean. The backyard was private but not quiet. We dealt with 2 construction site noise. One directly next to us and one adjacent to the backyard. The next door construction site was excruciating!!!! They did not abide by the noise bylaw of Palm Springs. Thankfully we had a very responsive management company with Altamira. Specifically Lars was very helpful. We will return to Palm Springs again but will do our research before renting. At the moment I would not recommend this place because of the ongoing construction. But I would recommend it for the location, the cleanliness and style of the house once construction is completed.
