Lux spacious 5BD house with Hot tub, Wi-Fi, AC, and games in brilliant Anaheim

Host was welcoming. Place was great for our group.

We stayed in the house with 9 adults and had plenty of room. It was clean, very close to Disneyland and the convention center. We would stay there again.

The hot tub was great. It could've been hotter, but I believe the issue was the weather. We enjoyed the games, both out back and in the game room, and we appreciated cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. I would definitely recommend this house to someone else, or even come back myself.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect to accommodate our large group.

We used this as a home base for visiting family and friends. We also squeezed in a trip to Disneyland. This was centrally located to the activities we were doing, so it was really convenient. The neighborhood is pretty good. Not the quietest, but not that bad. A basic north O.C. suburb. The neighbor's rooster woke us up a couple times, but we felt safe, and getting around from there was easy.The house was pretty clean and pretty well stocked. It could have used some more food storage dishes, and the handles on the kitchen cabinets were a little sticky. The bathtubs had some build-up and wear-and-tear, but fortunately, we only took showers. The beds and most surfaces were really clean. We were particularly impressed with the closet shelves - no dust! The Jacuzzi was clean and well-maintained and the towels smelled fresh.The WiFi and the A/C were easy and reliable. The game-room was a hit with all of us. We liked being able to pull the ping-pong surface off to play pool, and the old-school arcade games were an awesome feature!Communication from Smi and Ved was really prompt and clear. Getting in was easy, and the system was simple. The rules are easy to follow and reasonable. There was plenty of space to spread out, but great places to gather as well. The mattresses were on the harder side, but good quality with plenty of pillows and nice linens. Overall a great stay!

We were very pleased with this home. The amenities are great, the decor is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, everything is up to standard and the host has amazing communication. It made our work trip to the convention center very accommodating! Will stay here again when our next convention is in town!

Very clean, accessible and great for family with kids

House was clean, spacious and easily accommodated 14 adults. Host was very communicative and check in/out process was easy. Location was also great and convenient to area amenities. I would recommend staying here.

Our extended family had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. It was even bigger than we expected from the photos, so we could spread out if we needed some space. Communication with the property managers was great. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that you may hear a neighbor's rooster in the early morning hours (but just barely). Our only complaint is that there wasn't a lot of room on the street. We had three cars in our group, and we managed to make it work, but there would not have been room for a 4th car. This house is lovely and comfortable for a large group staying in west Anaheim.

About 10 min drive to Disney. Home is spacious and clean.

Everything about our experience was top notch. The owners are extremely responsive, very nice, with reasonable rules and minimal checkout expectations. We had 4 couples, one adult, one toddler and one baby in our group and the place was more than comfortable for everyone. Seriously, everyone shared how happy they were with their accommodations and it was perfect for hosting a mixed family for a Disneyland vacation.I would book here again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at this house! We were a group of 13 people (adults and teenagers) and we all really enjoyed the house amenities. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to the amusement parks and grocery stores. The communication with the host was excellent! We recommend this house and we will consider it for future stays.

Everyone in our group thought that this house was beautiful, and had every thing we could have wanted or needed during our stay. Excellent layout, and all the bedrooms were spacious. The game room and hot tub were both hits. We’ll definitely stay next time we are back in the area. The house is a very short Uber ride to Disneyland, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from nearby. Costco is only 10 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood and super easy check in/check out process. Can’t wait to come back!

What a wonderful home, clean, the owner answered us quickly. The game room was a added bonus since we had young adults with us. Thank you for helping us say goodbye to our college students
