The Space

This newly built 2024 home spans over 3,400 square feet and is designed for both everyday comfort and elevated entertaining.



The main living area features an oversized sectional, fireplace, 75” TV, and Sonos sound system. A second family room offers additional space to relax or create a dedicated play area.



The chef’s kitchen is equipped with Thermador appliances, a gas range, double dishwashers, and a large island with seating for six. A separate wet bar with beverage fridges and a walk-in pantry adds both function and flexibility.



Collapsible doors open to a seamless indoor outdoor experience. The California room features seating, a fireplace, ceiling heaters, and a TV. The backyard includes a pool, spa, fire pit, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining.

Bedroom & Bathroom Overview

The home offers five thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each created for comfort, privacy, and flexibility.



The primary suite feels calm and refined, featuring a king bed, sitting area, fireplace, and Samsung Frame TV. Automatic blackout shades create a restful environment, while the spa-style bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, double vanity, and bidet.



Bedroom two features a queen bed with blackout shades and a bathroom located just outside the room for easy access.



Bedroom three is designed for flexibility, with a queen Murphy bed that can be tucked away to create a second workspace. It includes a desk, Frame TV, and access to a private patio.



Bedrooms four and five share a Jack and Jill bathroom and work well for families or additional guests. Both rooms include blackout shades and a clean, comfortable layout.

Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as all reservations remain subject to the cancellation policy.



Security deposit: A refundable security deposit of $7,500 is required prior to check-in and will be returned after your stay pending no damages or policy violations.
