Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. This lovely home was very clean and pleasingly decorated. The beds, couch and dining room were all comfortable. The home was conveniently located and well stocked. We will stay again.

Stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway. A large storm blew in, stranding us and extended our stay a couple more days. House was clean, neat and well furnished. Large bedrooms and spacious living area. House had all the supplies needed even for the extended stay. Zero complains with the house. Only fair warning was the long driveway leading up became inaccessible with a few feet of snow. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would come back.

House was clean and nice. No soap or shampoos.

Really enjoyed this home. Would return. Love the area, close to things you want to do. Home is lovely, lots of nice touches. We had an exciting morning watching a mama bear climb up a tree after her cubs! Kids liked the bunk bed (but you should note it is short, wasn’t long enough for my eldest, but good for the littles). The man cave garage was great, we had a lot of fun playing ping pong together. The only thing I would change would be an on-site hot tub! Other than that, not many issues. (The dryer wasn’t drying out clothes at all, and one sink wasn’t draining, but we notified the property managers of this).

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything we needed. Lots of space to accommodate all ages. Very private and serene.

Efficient layout and feels bigger than 1600 SF. Really nice common area family room/kitchen/dining. Big garage and can accommodate many people with the bedroom setup. Great location and really nice large balcony. Couple other comments….many of the pots/pans were not well cleaned before we got there (annoying but not huge deal). Also the electric fireplace did not work the whole time we were there and they have no cable TV setup (but they have Smart TVs). Also like many houses in the area the driveway was a bit steep and challenging when a lot of snow on the ground. Overall great house though!

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. It could do with some additions to make it winter ready (de-icing salt for the road, torches for power blackouts) and we had a few issues accessing the house when the drive was icy. However, on the whole we really enjoyed staying in the property.

Perfect for our group of 3 golfers. Comfortable, clean, good wifi. I'd do this again.

Home was clean and lovely. Plenty of linens, cookware and pantry items. Each family had their own room and bathroom #win. The weather was warm (mid 80’s) so the deck brought some relief in the mornings and evenings. We brought 2 fans with us and wished we had more. The house has 1 ceiling fan and a/c but couldn’t cool down during the day even with shades down and deck umbrellas strategically placed by windows hence the 4 stars. However, our last day it rained and temps dropped to mid 60’s and the inside temp was pleasant. We all agreed winter in this home would be warm and cozy. Back to summer….The girls enjoyed sunbathing on the deck mid day. Everyone loved the garage as a second living space. It was cool despite the hot days. All ages loved this space! The dart board became our family favorite each evening. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and was safe for family walks. We are very thankful for the opportunity to stay in another family’s second home. We treated it with love and respect and cared for it like it was our own. Thanks again for a lovely time and forever family memories!

We loved the house and location. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved the ping pong table and took advantage of all that Tahoe Donner HOA offerings. Our only improvement would be that the house stayed very warm at night. We opened windows in the evening but could not seem to cool it down. Thank you
