Stayed Nov 20, 2024Out-of-town Weddings can be complete chaos for a family of 14 when they want to stay together in one house!! We found the perfect place. Clean, true to description, tons of parking, close to everything, and Brian was a joy to us. The home being a duplex was ideal. We had the younger adults on one side and the parents on the other. Most importantly, the beds were comfy! I absolutely recommend for your next getaway trip to Austin!!! Thank you Brian!

Stayed Oct 24, 2024My wife and friends had a great time at this property! It was great to be able to rent out both sides with a large group (6 couples). Location makes it easy to get to the bars and restaurants throughout Austin and the property was clean with nice amenities (nice outdoor area with games, nice kitchen, clean bedrooms). Recommend for your next stay in Austin.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We needed to accommodate 11 people for ACL and the neighboring townhomes were the perfect place! Our host was quick to reply and responsive to questions and requests. We had a personalized welcome note and wine which we loved! Would definitely recommend this property for a group for space and proximity to downtown Austin and beyond.
